  1. JJSS is a much better wideout than Davis Like I don't even know how that's up for debate
  2. Defensive minded HC and draft priorities Multiple late season inclement home weather games on average Mediocre group of pass catchers Shouldering an outsize percentage of rush output Perennially mediocre offensive line
  3. Correct imo To me it's kind of an overdue admission that he has to do more w less than his peers. The external factors that will most seasons preclude him from MVP consideration need to be factored when you look at the entirety of his body of work.
  4. Imo Diggs' comments say more about him than Allen
  5. Are you under the impression that he isn't?
  6. Yeah...when he says they weren't clicking from week 9 on it's like he forgot that week 9 was also the week Allen did his elbow. I agree very weird
  7. This offense just made Brian Daboll into NFL Coach of the Year. Bad comparison.
  8. There's no quicker path in Jacksonville to OC is the point.
  9. Why do you say that? Dorsey just went on a HC interview.
  10. Shanahan would win it every year
  11. I'm 8 feet tall 375lbs and I can run a mile in under 2 minutes
  12. How did Lance Armstrong win so many bicycle races How did Mike Postle win $250k playing $1/3 How did Mark McGwire hit so many home runs
  13. I'm the one that said that and I read the article
  14. I'm not only talking about speed I mean athleticism in the sense that it's the ability to make a catch while adjusting for a misplaced ball and stay on balance to make the initial defender miss It's being able to maintain leverage throughout your route to create separation and an easier target which is a function of strength and agility as well as speed Or just the immediate knowledge that once the ball is in your hands you are imposing upon the defense instead of worrying about whether your body is in the right position to secure the pass
  15. That's how you look after carrying Reggie Gilliam and Quentin Morris to 400+yards in 100degree heat
  16. They don't have the kind of athletes on offense with the physical talent to create offense for themselves. Diggs, as great a technician as he is, has the athleticism of a 5th rounder. He runs phenomenal routes and has great hands but he isn't a real threat after the catch. Davis, similarly, is a fourth rounder. Knox a third. McKenzie and Shakir are both 5th rounders. The Bills just don't have guys on offense with the kind of elite athleticism that can succeed outside play design or scheme.
  17. He literally played better than any QB in NFL history in the playoffs last year and they still couldn't get out of the divisional round
  18. The idea that he was throwing the ball quickly and short in the playoffs last year is revisionist He was holding the ball, getting through reads and looking deep when he was most effective, both against NE and the Chiefs.
  19. My concern is McDermott is emotionally and intellectually stuck in rebuild mode, and won't be able to further the team beyond that mentality. IMO it takes a certain type of leadership to rebuild a franchise and another to win a Super Bowl and I am unsure as to whether McDermott can make that transition.
  20. I think people like to believe the McDermott and the Bills have a monopoly on process and culture when in reality other teams' processes are point blank superior
  21. This x10 McDermott and his staff are irrelevant to winning a Super Bowl at this point. It's been shown they cannot be relied upon in the postseason. Get an offensive guy in there at HC and hire a DC who doesn't need 10 first round picks to make his scheme work. Getting blown out of an AFCCG as your biggest accomplishment with prime Josh Allen is borderline malpractice.
