    Allen is in a terrible situation - to say otherwise is disingenuous. Doesn't mean he won't be successful but, if you are honest, can you imagine a worse situation for a prospect? Especially a prospect who is largely considered "raw". How this organization thought it made sense to enter the season with Allen and Peterman as the only two QBs is downright alarming.

    Here's an idea - when you need a QB and are in position to draft one and Andy Reid calls to trade picks so he can get the QB he wants....maybe you should just draft that QB.

    I was expecting by now the bills would have traded into pick 7 or so making the move to 2, 4 or 5 easier. The fact they haven't is pretty concerning and I'm starting to get that sinking feeling they are going to be left on the sidelines when all is said and done. I really want pick 2...whatever the cost. It would be a relief to not have to rely on so many other contingencies.

    Draft two QBs with picks 1 and 4...in hopes they both work out so you can then trade one for a first round pick, which probably won't be as high as 1 or 4. Do I have this right?
