Good call on Lane. I have wanted him here for awhile, rumors surfaced prior to week 1 that he was available but nothing happened. I'd prefer him over Maxwell too. He is a gamer, perfect fit for this group of guys.

See what the Eagles did with Agholor. Very similar situation. He started outside and was horrible, he is now playing well out of the slot. Get Zay off the field unless you are in 4 WR sets. Let him clear his head on the end of the bench.

Trae Elston has two career tackles. From reading his scouting report he sounds a bit like Rambo. Hard hitter, inconsistent, gets lost inbetween blocks, can high point the ball. Maybe less athletic than Rambo, I see multiple mentions of stiff hips. Get well quick Poyer.

My nephew is 7 and he watches the games with us every week. This is the first time he had his hopes crushed and then the Bills ended up winning. That's a priceless moment. This team is fun to watch.

Yolo has it nailed. McD is all about the team mentality and having guys out there that love to play football. Insert cliches here... They view it as the gain in talent will be negated by the negative impact of having a me first guy on the field. They want selfless individuals playing as a team. That's why Sammy and Gilmore had no place in Buffalo. I still find it amusing that folks say it's because he didn't want to pay those positions. He ditched Gilmore then used his 1st round pick on White. That shows you how he values the position but more so how he values the make up of the man not the 40 time.

I'm not sure he is a good HC either but that's the best game I have seen him call all season. (If he is still calling the plays)
