Hey I’m not sold on Allen but the thing is the Bills expect improvement in year 2. I’m not sure how much his accuracy will improve but one can easily say he can improve from 50% to 56%. Right now Allen is throwing bullets when he should be throwing with touch and throwing with touch when he should be throwing bullets. He has to also learn to read defenses. Foles is good but Allen is the future for now.

Thoughts on not making Anthony Lynn our HC?
Dr.Sack replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Anthony Lynn but not for the reasons most would think. Lynn has a greater mental fortitude that allows him to separate the rah rah emotion to the necessary strategy. Case in point McDermott is more of a front line coach. He’s not a long term strategist. This explains the step back in 2018 over 2017. A good coach only goes forward with minimal hiccups year 2 is often better than year 1. The excuses for McD are plentiful for this year 2 downturn. My question is what happens when year 3 starts worse than expected? -
Report: Le'Veon Bell Wants to Sign with the Colts
Dr.Sack replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
This is a no brainer. Good QB coach receivers tight end. And a decent OLine. The Colts will be a contender for the next 5 years with what they have going on. Only going to ascend in the AFC South. -
If we get the right people around Allen from ownership to the janitor that is good. Barkley appears to be a good fit for the backup / mentor role and as an added bonus he seems like he can step in and play when needed.

Brady playing hurt? Partially torn MCL?
Dr.Sack replied to buffalobillsfootball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
With that big brace his bones above & below the knee are more likely to break than any ligament tear. Those braces make it virtually impossible to tear knee ligaments. He’s fine. -
This is predicated by the loss of an athletic Gronkowski & a gimpy Edelman coming back from an ACL coupled with the loss of Amendola. All the easy passes are locked down. Simply watch how former Belichick assistant coaches played him (Detroit, Tennessee). Don’t buy the fakes, play press man and watch out for trickery plays & get 4 man pressure.

Josh Allen’s Adjusted Completion Percentage = 72.7%
Dr.Sack replied to Phil The Thrill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Give Allen AJ Green or Julio Jones and amazingly he performs at a higher level. -
I don’t know this guys story, but I bet he was a super talented dude all the way back to middle school who underachieved on the field, didn’t put in time grinding, and probably partied or did things that hurt his development. My only hope is all this success doesn’t go to his head, or ruin his drive.

Barkley has found a home in B’lo. He needs to embrace the Frank Reich role. Like Reich Barkley is a evangelical Christian who appears to have God given ability to mount comebacks. He’s best suited as a teams #2. We will need him the way Allen plays.

Sal C, talking but saying nothing...
Dr.Sack replied to LabattBlue's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Coach Sal is a grinder who is all about the process. You won’t find a better chit chatter than Sal. Even Momma Pecoraro would agree. I would have loved for a Momma Pecoraro - Coach Sal Capaccio pregame skit if Momma had lived. Bless her heart & Go Bills! -
Jones 1 reception on 6 targets. Foster 4 on 5. Starting to think its going to be a new #1, new TE, with Foster & Jones maybe working out of the slot, although a shiftier athlete is better suited in that role, leaving Zay the odd man out.

Ball Security Not all that Important to Josh Allen
Dr.Sack replied to RobH063's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Winning is important to me also -
He will be a 30 year old TE with a 75 year olds right knee. The guy is done. He isn’t even anywhere near his peak level and worse started dropping passes where he is wide open.
