Since these teams weren’t good enough allow them a chance to reload - some combo of higher draft pick / salary cap bonus. That could be the highest draft pick among playoff teams or a lottery pick between #1-#18. Due to randomness you wouldn’t see a player like Aaron Rodgers throw the game thinking if he were to win GB would draft Lawrence. NFL is rather predictable and bland. All I know is you are penalized for winning in the NFL & I’m not sure I agree with that idea.

I was thinking the lowest seed in the playoff bracket. That would be the #19 pick.

I’m a big fan of soccer: World Cup, Olympics whose tournaments all have a losers bracket / 3rd place bronze game. Before you drag me for saying “everyone deserves a trophy” who wouldn’t want to see a Bills v Packers game tomorrow? I’d rather watch a 3rd place game then a meaningless Pro Bowl game. One last chance to see our 2020 Bills take down MVP Rodgers would have been fantastic. This is something I think the NFL should adopt and could be much prouder of than the Pro Bowl.

I was beating the hell out of Brady - IF it was us. Now that it’s Brady v Mahomes. I want to see that cocky look slapped off his face. Thankfully we helped soften up the pass pro. I want to see Bucs defenders crush Mahomes, Hill & Kelce & do so in embarrassing fashion.

The only way to stop KC is to have a great scheme and ability to execute it in 3 phases of the game. Simply put we are not at their level. As far as the defense goes I felt we needed to generate pressure more consistently with our front 4. Perhaps AJ makes a huge leap in year 2. But the fact remains, we do not have an elite pass rusher.

15-4. 2 exciting playoff wins. 1 AFC champ appearance. Swept NE & AFC East. Keep things rolling!

Every year NE recycles another vet is a year we dominate them. I’m all for this.

Either Watson is pulling a LeBron Wade Bosh with other non-Jets to come to NYJ and create a super team or this is all smoke. I believe it’s smoke.

We need a huge game from our DL. We must collapse the pocket from the interior using 4 man pressure. On the occasions we blitz it must be from a zone coverage where the timing and blitz are disguised in that Mahomes gets put on his back. Mahomes must be flushed from the pocket by interior pressure as an edge blitz allows him to step up and dance in the pocket. Make him move off his spot corral him & force him to his left.

Interviews with Hyde & Dawkins was cool.
