  1. Love the pick, big tough kid! Does he need to learn? Absolutely! Is he going to start in September? Absolutely Not! This is why they got a veteran backup to carry the water till this big-armed, big bodied kid is ready
  2. Some of the funniest episodes of that show included Col. Flagg. Just a great character. Animated: Stewie Griffin Sterling Archer Groundskeeper Willy Non-Animated: Red Foreman Archie Bunker Al Bundy Les Nessman
  3. Im guessing: Linebackers that the Bills are interested in that have had at least 2 visits by the scouting/coaching staff of the team. It’s a guess but the best I could come up with
  4. Wasn’t he the one in Vegas last year or a couple years ago that said the police targeted him because he was black? “He was just walking down the street” or something like that?
  5. The Bills have been one of the teams that always ends up with “rollover” cap money. This would be the year that isn’t necessary considering the amount of projected cap space next year. spend it!!
  6. He hit more guys in stride in his highlight video than Tyrod has done in his whole career!
  7. Yup, the comp pick police will have a fit. People need to understand that you can throw the compensation pick dream out the window this year. The Bills have too many holes to fill and they won’t lose that many to free agents. Once Beane gets this ship pointed in the right direction and has depth across the board, we will see the comp picks come into play. Until then, hopefully in a year or two, let it go.
  8. I’m out of town so I can’t really opine about anything other than WGR since I have the app to listen to it. Schopp isn’t that bad. He can be snarky and his defense of Tyrod was way too over the top but he’s tolerable. Jeremy White, imo, doesn’t know enough about football to be taken seriously. He’s a hockey guy and he should stick to that. Some of his opinions and comments about the Bills sound like some of the National guys who follow the team once in a while, very uninformed.
  9. Is it too soon to look at potential free agents next year?
  10. How about Luck to the Bills for 21 OR 22, 56 and 96 plus we take on Lucks contract and still keep picks in each of the first 3 rounds, which they just made space to do. Indy keeps #3 for Chubb plus gets additional picks, which they need bad and sends #56 and a 5th for Foles. Philly gets under the cap and can select a backup QB in the 2nd(White or Falk) and everybody’s happy. Just thinking out loud
  11. The Browns were going to be way under the cap floor this year unless the made some stupid moves to take on salary. This is one of those moves.
  12. I’m guessing the Browns need to get to the cap floor again, just like last year. I’m sure they don’t really want or need Tyrod, nobody does, but they need the cap space eaten up.
  13. I’d take him over our current situation! He might not have looked that good against the Bills but he won the game for them because he was head and shoulders better than the QB he was facing. Thats a great contract for the Jags.
  14. This is a good get. Does Beane know anything about hockey? Maybe he could be the GM of the Sabres too, he’s done more on the hockey trade deadline day then the hockey GM.
  15. Pretty decent Chevy Chase movie, started good but fizzled
  16. When can the Bills cut him to get rid of this problem once and for all? Can it happen anytime or is there a dead period until after the Super Bowl?
  17. I learned that The Pegulas might not be the smartest owners in the NFL but they sure as hell aren’t the dumbest. Snyder has a firm grasp of that honor and isn’t letting go anytime soon.
  18. Yes he is/was. Tyrod is a coach killer. Get rid of Tyrod and insert a real QB that doesn’t hold onto the ball for 5+ seconds, throws receivers open and is able to step up in the pocket without scrambling around like a fool and see what happens.
  19. I realize that. I’m curious since it’s possible the Bills could be picking back to back in round 1 from the Chiefs pick, if the Rams lose, would they pick after the Bills and could the Bills have their pick and Rams pick in the 2nd back to back? i would rather have the Bills pick 32nd but it would be an anomaly to pick back to back in 2 straight rounds.
  20. So, is it possible that the Bills have back to back picks in both rounds 1 and 2 depending how things play out? i hope not but it’s something you don’t see often.
  21. Dachau is a very sobering place. The “museum” inside the main building is probably the most frightening thing I’ve ever seen. It’s hard to imagine that human beings could do some of the experiments to other humans. In the early 90’s, I happened to tag along with a few Canadian backpackers who had a young German 20ish guy tagging along with them on the bus ride to the camp. The poor guy was absolutely devastated by the camp and the cruelty that occurred there. He broke down several times and eventually waited outside the walls for the rest of us. He was from northwest Germany and was never taught about the holocaust and only heard rumors about Germany during the Nazi regime. He said that at that time, there was a large gap in the history of Germany during the 30’s and 40’s that younger Germans have no clue about. Im sure that’s changed now but it was eye opening to me that a country could keep over a decade of time secret from its citizens.
