  1. For food I'm not so picky, but I like to mitigate the necessity for silverware. I'll go with bacon wrapped chicken bites here. For drink, I have been preparing my take on Yucca for our tailgate group since sophomore year of college. It's definitely a staple.
  2. Didn't they both play at Duke under Cutcliffe?
  3. Why do you think Peterman has more talent? Both were 5th round picks, both were ACC QBs.
  4. Our skill guys are fragile enough. They don't need broken hands too!
  5. I think projecting Kaep in this offense is misguided. Kaep has no touch whatsoever.
  6. Dennison is probably more loyal to his guys than he should be. He's a players guy. He pushed for Tyrod in Denver because he loved working with him in Baltimore. He pushed for Tyrod here for the same reasons. He was a part of the staff that drafted Yates in Houston. Ultimately, Yates' fate will depend on how Peterman progresses. As it stands right now, Yates worked with Dennison for 3 years. He can be trusted to run the offense, make some adjustments, run the hurry up, etc., in a pinch much more than Peterman.
  7. Good attempt. Maybe on the next try you'll get past the 2nd sentence. You didn't ask what he's done to prove he's the long term solution. You asked what he's done to exhibit leadership qualities. He's been the first one in and last one out. He's worked out consistently. He's done everything that the coaching staff has asked of him, 'above and beyond'. He's hosted a camp to develop chemistry with some of the skill players. Honestly, if that doesn't answer the question you asked I don't even know what to tell you.
  8. The sacks were attempted passes, methinks, from a sack rate perspective. If he weren't sacked they'd have been passes anyway. IDK I looked it up on pro football reference.
  9. Weird. His sack % is 8.8, not 10. Goff and Kaep were higher last year. In 2015, his sack % was 8.7. Kaep, Mariota, Bridgewater, and ASmith were all equal or higher. Again, it's fine to say it needs to improve, but why embellish? The stats are readily available.
  10. Not saying this doesn't need to be fixed, but I think it's overstated. He was sacked 42 times last year. Luck, Dalton, and Wilson were all sacked 41 times last year. In 2015, Bortles was sacked 51 times. Rodgers 46, Wilson 45, ASmith 45, Tannehill 45, Stafford 44, Bridgewater 44. Over the 2 year span Wilson, Bortles, Rodgers, and Stafford have all been sacked more than Tyrod. It's not a coincidence that all of those QBs but Stafford are also in the Top 6 for rushing yards over the same span.
  11. If I remember correctly, Tre White almost exactly matched they prototype corner stats that McD looks for. Might mean nothing, but who knows?
  12. I thought he just parroted whatever Belichick put on cue cards for him? EDIT: Also, I guess that means I can retract the not quite relevant statement I refuse to read his stuff.
  13. Not entirely relevant, but Tre White is the highest rated rookie corner in Madden!
  14. They've done that exactly twice since 2002. More often than not they've gone 4-2.
  15. Well, according to Beane, he's been doing this
  16. Oh. That's not as funny then. I thought that was the point of God's hand popping the ball out.
  17. Yep. Then he tweets 'I praise you daily and this is how you do me??'
  18. I hadn't seen that one. Actually laughed out loud.
  19. It'd put us with a pick between 3 and 5 and another between 14 and 17.
  20. Make a bunch of food and drinks with apples and pumpkins, I suppose.
  21. Huh? There are plenty of players on this roster right now with experience with team. Heck, Tyrod wasn't even the only QB with experience with the team when McD was hired. Unless you want to pretend Cardale didn't exist and isn't on a rookie contract...
