  2. I thought it was the backfield of Jay Ajayi and Matt Moore Especially since Matt Moore didn't light us up last year. In a full game and 2 overtime drives he managed 233 passing yards...
  3. we went 4-2 in the AFCE in '15 too
  4. ... The original post: The reply: GRB's response: Try not to jump into conversations you don't have the context on. The record Thurman posted is on Taylor's PFR page. If you have an issue with it take it up with them. The fact of the matter is that he is the only QB on the box score with any registered stats for the Bills, and discounting that is a blatant mischaracterization of what happened on the field that day.
  5. The original statement that was refuted was that 'The Bills are 15-14 when Tyrod starts'. That would imply it's the team's record, no?
  6. clearly Ty read this topic... Spencer T. German @Spencito_ Tyrod said the offense is really zoning in on improving in 3 areas: 3rd down, red zone and 2 minute offense. #Bills
  7. Sal Capaccio ‏Verified account @SalSports 3m3 minutes ago More Today's 3 play situational drill was 2-pt conversions: 1. Taylor TD to O'Leary 2. Yates INC to Streater 3. Peterman INC to Dez Lewis
  8. No one would watch exhibition football over GoT
  9. If Logan is out there and he motions out wide it's almost as effective as a blocker scheme-wise because he needs to be accounted for, imo.
  10. No, it really doesn't. I've been using it for a little bit while fiddling with a rating system. I called it yards per touch, not yards per dropback, but whatever. It's (Passing Yards + Rushing Yards - Sack Yards) / (Passing Attempts + Rushing Attempts + Sacks). In 2016, Tyrod's YPT was 5.95, which was good for 25th out of the 33 QBs with at least 200 pass attempts. Top 5, you might ask? Matt Ryan, Tom Brady, Kirk Cousins, Dak Prescott, and Drew Brees. In 2015, Tyrod's YPT was 6.52, good for 12th out of 37 QBs with at least 200 pass attempts. The top 5 were Carson Palmer, Ben Roethlisberger, Andy Dalton, Russell Wilson, and Drew Brees.
  11. Here's the Box Score of the game in question, FWIW. http://www.espn.com/...ameId=400791541
  12. Birch Beer though...
  13. If you're a fan of Tolkien then you know that fall =/= die
  14. If a tree falls in the woods, but you aren't there to hear it, does it make a noise?
  15. Some of those stats factor into my ranking, and rushing and sacks are also factored in because they are still contributions from the QB. Ignoring them does a disservice to several QBs that have wheels as part of their arsenal. If you go by traditional QB Rating he'd be 11th of the 27 Qualifying QBs, and I disagree with that. The stats I focused on were total attempts per game, yards per touch, TD%, and TO%. Tyrod came out 15th, and for the most part the overall order passes my eye test. Still looking at tweaking some of the math though depending on feedback from a few others.
  16. They were in line to get Cam in 2011, but Luck decided to stay in school.
  17. Looking at the past 2 years, and QBs who have started at least 18 games (27 Qualified), I've got him pretty squarely in the middle at 15. He's ahead of a few people that will make the usual crowd angry, but I've got a method to my ranking.
  18. He's focused more on throwing to a spot on time than he is the result of the pass at this point. Needs to make that timing ingrained in muscle memory.
  19. Their WRs last year were pretty bad TBH
  20. Can you point to a single person in this thread that is writing him off? Because most of what I see is that he fell apart over the course of the year and it's too early to tell how he'll come back from that.
