I like Reilly but he plays very reckless. Reminds me off Hogan a little. He will constantly be injured if he doesn't realize he needs to think about his body first.

This was McCarron's job since March. The injury may have put Peterman to start the year, but McCarron will take over pretty quick. Allen is so far away. It will be interesting to see if even next year he is ready. A lot of maturing needs to happen with Allen.

The only TE that is not injury prone. Croom, Clay and Thomas are incredibly injury prone.

My stance is that Allen is not ready for the mental aspect of the NFL. I also don't think Wentz was ready and I think it showed in his first year in the NFL (Not going to lie and say that I think his injury was a result of him being out there too early. I think he picked up habits in his first year that he carried over to his second year, which got him hurt). To me the risk is too high of ruining Allen. This team has invested way too much into him to just throw him out there with the current situation around him and him not being mentally ready. I have zero issue with Peterman and McCarron being the punching bag this year.

There is so much delusional in this thread it's almost scary. I am still trying to grasp how this regime has shown anything but patience and details. Also, what is up with people think Allen played good in his first game? If anything, most people thought he showed a ton of promise if groomed correctly, not that he played good enough to make him the starter. Grooming correctly is not throwing him into the woods this year. This is completely false and there is zero evidence to back up this claim. You can learn a ton from film and practice without getting your head plowed in every week when you get killed on the field because you weren't ready.

Allen is sitting the year, why can't people grasp this? McCarron probably starts next two preseason games. Peterman will get some reps with first team in third. Allen starts 4th preseason. McCarron starts the season.

I didn't like the Vontae Davis signing from the start. I thought he looked horrid in preseason too. His injury at his age is too tough to come back from. The depth behind him is so bad too.

I think the people that give the least amount of effort in preseason are the starting Dline. It is impossible to grade any o line in preseason.

Nothing has changed with Peterman. His game and arm are fine in preseason, but he will be interception central again if they try to play him in regular season. There were a couple throws he did yesterday that we picks in regular season last year. McCarron needs to be the starter of this team. His arm is way better and can use the whole field. Not to mention his pocket awareness seems to be really above average.

They may have sucked as HC, but I don't think they won 1 out of 33 games. Maybe its time he takes other opinions.

Hard Knocks is not he best. The all or nothing show on amazon is 10x better than hard knocks. Disagreements happen, but one person showing a me type attitude is not what you want in a team/company. Everyone knows this. Hue should have listened to what they wanted and not said a word. He can do nothing with what they wanted, but at least he could have let them talk and not act like he is a dictator. The whole episode I wanted more, and it never transpired.

I don't know if I am just sick of hard knocks, but that was one of the most boring things I have watched in a long time. There was so much forced entertainment that missed the mark. The whole Landry aspect is trying to get something like Ocho Cinco was years back, but Landry is just annoying and hard to stomach. Baker Mayfield is a completely different person off the field than he is on. Tyrod has the same boring personality. They were searching for story lines so bad (some dude playing drums, 4th string stocking a fridge, Baker learning about an RV, etc.). I think the worst part was seeing these Browns players talk about something special and how they reacted to a dime a dozen one hand catch, along with those dumb chants by the terrible browns fans. I will watch next week because that is where Coleman gets traded, but it's too boring to put any attention to.

WR is one of the positions where it takes longer to reach potential. In the grand scheme of things, Zay's rookie year was actually above average. He needs to show continuous improvement, but he is a lock.

I feel like his arm got weaker. I know he never had a strong arm, but the guy could barely throw 40 yards and the ball came out like a wounded duck on Friday. He should just end this comeback nonsense and get a into another career path.

The truth of the matter is, if Peterman was drafted by last regime, he would have been off this team already. The guy can't play in NFL. I have no idea why he is given so much opportunity here. His arm is really bad and he is predictable with his throwing. It would be nice if we have a different guy in here with a legit chance at winning us games.

KC has done team building mistake number 1. They have weapons, but no o line. What's the point of weapons if the o line is abysmal? I want Allen to sit a year so the Bills can take another year to build the o line up. KC had a year to build the line and they did nothing.
