They were sitting at 10 and could've taken Lattimore but probably felt there wasn't that big of a drop off in value between Lattimore and White so they traded down. CB was a need and they weren't gonna take Conley and probably wasn't gonna take Sidney Jones that early so they took White. Not a splash pick but i ain't mad.
