Those few plays where they didnt look good have been from Ford. He's a step behind the DE most of the time and isnt quick enough to catch up. Unless he finds some technique to change that, he'll continue getting beat around the edge. It wasnt just Dallas either. Find the blown plays from other games and you'll see Ford missing assignments on the right side.

When's the last time a QB was to blame when someone hit him? You're not that dumb, this is just a troll job.

The "late slider" comment is interesting because our coaching staff and Josh has said he needs to learn to slide better. I just think he never wants to slide but knows he has to sometimes. Where some qbs are always looking to start that slide early, hes more interested in getting that extra yard. Still should have been a penalty there, but I would say that was a late slide when you watch it again.

I think this team and Josh in particular have done a great job of withstanding the initial push when playing on the road. The first drive is scripted and played with alot of adrenaline. The bullets start flying after that, IMO, and Josh and our defense has a nack for keeping his cool and settling in.

That's a crazy stat but IMO, they will come down to earth eventually. Injuries happen, and they would be a completely different team without Lamar doing what hes doing. They're one ACL tear away from a year to a year and a half of mediocrity. Not wishing that on him, but it's a roll of the dice everytime he takes off (just like Josh).

Well then I feel pretty good this morning that I didnt book a flight to Buffalo in January. Nashville is about 6hr drive so that would work if it happens.

He had a hit on Allen yesterday (and Allen did complete it for like 15 yds) that set the tone for the D. It was a perfect midsection spear that took the wind out of Allen. Totally legal, but he hit him as hard as I've seen Shaq hit someone. He played lights out yesterday.

I'd agree, only because his price tag will be alot higher than we think. He'll test out free agency and games like this is why someone will pay him. However, we've seen how he takes games off, plays off, and cant consistently get pressure. Someone will pay him 10/yr and will be disappointed, IMO.
