Funny at times I forgot that 2020 was played without fans. So yes Saturday was a time to rejoice together @ Highmark. With the Bills, especially vs. the Patriots (and of course nightmares about the wind game earlier this year) there is always concern that first playoff game. I was at the Oakland 51-3 game in 1991, and don't remember the cold, just the party🤣. We wandered around the stadium aimlessly as we bought scalped tickets in the parking lot, sat down and when others came to sit in their seats, saw that ours were for the prior week (Divisional Game, not Conference Final). What I remember is that day there was not an empty seat to be found, so walked and stood, & celebrated with many fans that day. Saturday was a game the much better team was expected and did win. But always there is concern vs. the Hoodie. Now it is on to the game everyone expected (though a round early) and circled since last January. The Offense I know (at least am confident) will be ready. For everything that went well on Saturday, I'm still concerned that NE converted too many third, and when they didn't, fourth downs. Bend don't break vs. KC is a big ask.

How many Brady mentions this game? My guess 248,791....

Thought I'd resuscitate a thread..... Took 17 weeks (- a few glimmers during the year), but I will say they were ON yesterday.... MacKenzie speed is something else and only 25 passes.....

Every break is a stretch. They didn't show the put that Hyde fielded, but i saw the same thing and just a right bounce. A tripped ball was intercepted, as often they are. Doinked extra point who cares. And a great catch by Knox, which Allen should just have said nothing 😜. Oh and again NE converting too many 3rd & longs & 4th downs.....

Absolutely right. They saw the forecasts & instead the Sunday 1 & 4 slots are warm weather teams. Very simply should have had Cincy, Buff & KC all playing "Day games" and evening games TB, LA & Dallas. How obvious is that?

This is a Bills fan site..... The thread is not LAMP, it is expressing not just what the weather is, it is how it has impacted the year in many ways as a fan. The slip in Tenn, the first NE game and the last 4 weeks as fans weather has been the over-riding worry. It has impacted my enjoyment and was asking other's opinions. You don't like, then ignore.

Sorry it's really affected my enjoyment this year. I can only imagine too how it has impacted season ticket holders, tailgaters and those attending. And yes the offense has been hindered adding to my disappointment.

It's one thing to talk about the weather. I was staring a thread stating it has taken away so much wrt my enjoyment of this season. But merge it if you want, but to me it is the overriding narrative this year. The fact is that the weather has to me ruined much of my enjoyment this year and been probably a factor in some way 80% of the games this year.

And has taken away from what should have been a great year. It has not been fun. Every week it seems to have been something. The 5 of the last 6 weeks it was something or another. What other team's fanbase is checking weather forecasts daily starting a week out? The Bills are the better team and regardless of the outcome Saturday, weather will be discussed and have an effect on the game. Heck I'm already looking to forecasts for the 22nd 23rd (Buffalo & KC).....

Face it, last year Allen was deadly accurate throwing the ball 20 yards down the seam. This year he's been off. I'll blame the weather, the line play and just herky jerky play calling. Can all be redeemed in the next 4 games (through February 13th).

So happy he didn't post #'s. Remember the last Jets game and all the adulation..... Next game was vs. Indy. Seemed here at least people were way too excited. My worry this week the defense being a little too cocky.....😉

Who did not watch Raider/Chargers and not think "Boy wouldn't that be nice Saturday night"? And got to laugh yesterday they have a January game with two dome teams vs. each other (Saints/Falcons) or Indy @ Jax.

One game at a time..... Just get through BB & NE..... The idea having to listen to an offseason after losing to the Pats is too much to fathom.....

Many here thought 4-0 is no big deal.... Now comes the important 4 games.

Cold, but little wind.... Could be worse. Sunday 1 would have made the most sense.....

And great weather again screwing things up.

KC as after that it was all pretty much a down (winning games they should, but sloppy in many of them and bad performances in most of the other ones). The second Patriots game was one I expected to win, and still some questions afterwards. I keep saying it will be Sunday February 13th!!!!!

Just shows how bad it has been for the Bills. The only game they really came back in and lost too was the TB game.

I'd say the NFL....

I'm always confident the Bills are the better team and never out of it. Execution and smart play calling, however is another thing.

The NFL has to think about weather come playoffs, don't they??? TB, Dallas, LA Rams all would be warm weather and good draws. Is there any Buffalo ticket holders who want to be Highmark Stadium Monday night in January????

Another week of BB stories and Biils/NE is just way too much. As much as I'm convinced the Bills are much better then NE, if weather plays a factor (already looked and see 68km/hr winds the 16th) and BB/NE wins, Bills fans will hear about it for a long long time. You ready to have to endure that????😜

An Opinion???? Take a look at what happens to me for stating an Opinion.....😜 Heck & sometimes I include stats to support them (to no avail).... BTW agree with you....

And should the Bills lose another close game in the Playoffs, the excuses will start anew. The Bills in 2021 don't know how to win a close game...... Good news it is 2022.😜
