Someone mentioned how the upcoming bye week might also benefit the Bills - One usually thinks about the benefit of a bye for the following week (extra rest, more time for injuries to improve, retool as necessary, etc.) but maybe there's also a psychological benefit on the front end as well: Play extra hard/aggressive knowing you have more time to heal; a bit more incentive to win so don't have "bad taste in your mouth" for an extra week? Perhaps a stretch but hopefully it's another modest factor in our favor. Go Bills!

Agreed, as of right now, the model essentially says, win out and we're in. Lose one of six, and we are almost surely in (96%). Lose two of six, and we're something like 56% chance. Lose three of six, it says 11% chance. Of course, everything will keep changing.

I think there was a play in the Ravens game that impacted his wrist (they showed a replay of it). So my hunch is that his wrist was already a bit compromised but that play Thursday night made it substantially worse.

Among with alot of issues and problems, we have also hit teams at the "wrong" time this season: Denver getting it together somewhat (including Wilson playing pretty well) and Cincy basically fully healthy

To all the doom and gloom folks (and others): Bills are undefeated at home this year (UK wasn't a home game). We have 4 more home games this season. Good chance we win all 4 or at least 3 of the 4. If we do remain undefeated at home, that gives us 9 wins. Only one more win on the road to get to 10-7. The sky definitely isn't falling! We got this tonight! Go Bills!

Gotta go with Kincaid again this week. Especially if it's fairly windy and wet - Short/intermediate passing game will be key. On D, I can see Von making this personal but I'm going with Big Ed (benefitting from L. Joseph having a very good game).

I was at the game and we're lining up for a FG attempt and then after what seemed like several minutes, we march 10 yards back and punt it. I was like WTF?!?! Without the benefit of the broadcast, I had no idea what was going on. But think about when intentional grounding is typically called - The QB blatantly chucks it into the ground with no one even remotely close while under duress. This was NOT that!! It was miscommunication b/w 17 and 13 (very obviously) and no duress. Huge headscratcher!

That is exactly the situation with my 13 yr old "super fan" son - I need to try and remain calm to offset his stress/emotions!

Agreed! I found it hard to get a dinner reservation anywhere near the stadium before the game (no surprise), so I took M&S as a decent option (and a great location).

Bills 31 Bengals 24 Bills are going to shut up the critics!! Well-oiled machine on offense and aggressive and opportunistic on defense.

To me, a lot comes down to seeing the same up-tempo/spread the ball around offense like we saw most of TB game. If our O is clicking like it was last game, we'll be in good shape regardless of the other side of the ball. Mix in some well-timed JA runs and maybe a trick play or two (haven't seen one in awhile). My prediction is a close game, over 55 points scored, and it'll come down to the end. Not necessarily a shootout but a fair amount of scoring.

It's not a 3rd for him - It's [our 3rd minus their 5th] for him.
