  1. How about you can have Frank Reich, Thurman and Andre or Jim Kelly
  2. All I know is that I'm really happy with the way things are trending. Whoever is in charge is doing a fantastic job assembling the right kind of talent and letting them do their job. I wouldn't change a thing other extending contracts like they just did with McD.
  3. I'm amazed that the dude with lung clots that made him miss all of last season didn't opt out.
  4. if he feels the risk to him and his family isn't worth it then who am I to judge him. I don't know his situation. The Vontae Davis thing is similar. Personally i wouldn't do what he did but hey I really don't want someone coming out to play who's only doing it halfheartedly out of obligation.
  5. Only if the super ref in black also opts out and takes his "overrule the ruling on the field" special powers with him.
  6. Brown has a reputation about being all about the team. Josh tells a story about how he was apologizing for missing him on a throw and Smoke told him to look at the scoreboard and as long as we're winning he's happy. I believe he's happy that the rooks are stepping up and he's going to encourage them to keep it up. Gore did similar things with Motor last year.
  7. He's winning a lot of people over and hopefully by the end of this season the narrative will be different from the national pundits. The coaching staff are doing a great job with him but it has to be say Josh's attitude and hunger to improve are a big reason why it's working. It's the reason why there's only one QB called Josh from the 2018 draft that's still relevant.
  8. I would suggest finding sources of information that are less biased. Breitbart and the Heritage Foundation are not exactly neutral in matters like this.
  9. I'm not sure you understand what Marxism is. Is a standard labeling to get folks not to listen to others with a different opinion. Terms like marxist and socialist are thrown around these days by people who don't understand them. Black Lives Matter is about treating black people the same as other ethnic groups and giving them the same opportunities to live their lives and prosper https://www.tampabay.com/news/nation-world/2020/07/22/politifact-is-black-lives-matter-a-marxist-movement/
  10. Ok Football is a team sport, and our defense is great. I'll give you those two but that is where we part ways my friend. Here's why QB is the most important position on the field. We made it to the playoffs He was tied for the lead for most 4th quarter comebacks He'd have had another comeback win only for the BS call on Ford in the Houston game. The best you can offer as a counter argument is "probably" We do not get to the playoffs without Allen Who hurt you so badly. Gotta say you are one miserable dude. You should get yourself a blankie and try and cheer up. Personally I like having a QB that can come back and win games. It's somethings most fans covet. You would be happier in life if you took the time to recognize positives and improvements rather that expending all your energy finding flaws. Just saying....
  11. It's because most people don't watch him play. All they know is what they hear on ESPN and read on PFF. I mean if you hear Mike Greenberg talk you'd swear his Jets were the 10 win team last year. Anyone dares to say anything positive about Allen he throws a hissy fit.
  12. What's not to love. Once players see him up close and just how much of a competitor he is they tend to STFU
  13. Not to mention Dallas is #5. The list is a joke, ESPN at it's finest
  14. That is how individuals unite and gain leverage against a more powerful institution or organization. It does not take away from what players believe. It's their health they have a right to be concerned and have expectations that owners try to protect them..
  15. Is that you Governor DeSantis? How's it going with the little blip in Florida. What people need to remember is that everyone wants a football season and a return to normality. He's saying and I agree with him that some states (including GA where I live) are a train wreck that's getting worse by the day. As long as that continues it's unlikely that the number will remain at 72. It'll go way higher and healthy players will opt to sit out just like in the NBA. I'm just being realistic. I wouldn't bet that we have a full season, the odds just not there, but I definitely will watch if they do.
  16. Dude chill out. I truly hope there will be a season but the way things are currently trending I'm getting worried that there won't. The data just isn't exactly a great sign for a complete season happening this year. You should check out the link below just to see % of exposure by county for different group sizes. https://covid19risk.biosci.gatech.edu/?fbclid=IwAR1YVd5YvJ6UXl5TbjQoJzzchc7As7_12tsUjMXe_SN3A3PyotFquy3FBPk
  17. Or make the exact same post about Dak that some made 12 minutes earlier ? Give the OP a break Dak and the media coverage is annoying but so is everything these days.
  18. DeVante Parker should be in the honorable mentions. I really think Miami has a top flight WR who is only going to get better. AFC East is shaping up for a return to the Bills Dolphins rivalry of the late 80's early 90's.
  19. I know you have the player wrong but I agree with the premise.
  20. Half of this board is losing it from lack of sports and are starting to come up with some crazy theories and polls. Hopefully when we get football back it'll return to just around 15% ?
  21. I guess Cam is finally going to start getting some of the calls from the refs
  22. As much as I miss high level competitive sports I'd still rather watch the American Cornhole League than Nascar. The only good thing to come out of Nascar that I can think of is Talladega Nights ?
