4 Weeks ago, these boards wanted Whaley's head on a platter. Now it sounds like folks feel badly for him. I was on the fence with Whaley but now I think he's an absolute liar and tries to clear himself from blame. With that being said, I am not sure why the Pegula's retained him, It doesn't make a lot of sense to keep him around. I agree with the article to a point, Pegula needs to get better people in the front office and then step away. This HC selection and now subsequent QB situation must be done perfectly. I'm not sure with Doug E. Fresh that can be accomplished.

I keep an eye on the Eagles and from what I've read, the jury is still out on Schwartz down there. Lots of sacks and TO's but getting torched in the passing game. Some even say he put Wentz in bad spots by giving up easy points. I vote NO.

Rex early firing QB driven
taterthegator replied to Wagon Circler's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If the Bills don't have a plan to deal with the QB position beyond EJ, blow everything up and start over! -
So when does Rex get axed?

If Rex wants his job, Terry should fire Rob. That could be a start. -
Once Again I Have To Agree With Sully

I was truly trying to be positive about keeping Rex around but this team has a comparable roster to many teams still in the playoff hunt. Rex needs to go and to give the fans some red meat, do it tomorrow. -
Tom Melton on Tyrod Taylor. Perfect analysis.

Let's just go get Romo, wrap him in bubble wrap and hope for the best. Ugh. -
Taylor showing frustration to Buffalo media

I love how people think there are guys like Brady and Rogers just floating around that no one knows about. Look at teams like Miami, NYJ, Cleveland, Jax, SF, Chi, AZ, LA, and you could add some borderline QB's like Minnesota, Philly, Cincy, and Hou. Tyrod gets the daggers but I have NO faith in the defense and they should be facing the tough questions. Can't wait to buy my Tony Romo shirt next spring! -

Rex needs to be fired no matter what!
taterthegator replied to Beef Jerky's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I get tired of the "find a new QB" crowd when the question they can never answer is, "Who would you rather have?" AND "Is he available?" I truly love the folks who think that a solid to great QB is the simple solution Carolina, GB, NO, Washington, SD, Indy, Cincy, would love to chat. Oh and Minnesota still has a better shot at the playoffs than Buffalo does... -

Gillislee is a far cry from Shady, think that has something to do with it? -
OK, let's do this: Tyrod Taylor

Here's hyperbole at its best. So you would let TT go for these bums? Fitzpatrick, Tannehill, any of the Browns garbage, Bortles, Osweiler, Smith, Simien, Cousins, Cutler, and whatever the Rams and Niners roll out. For God sakes, TT is the best we've had since Bledsoe. These are the uninformed comments that makes being a Bills fan unbearable. It's not bad enough we get rolled, we have to read this too. -
Mike Gillislee is a joke.

Time to see what Cardale can do?

There are two options to make the Bills better on this board. 1. Find a new QB after 2 games. 2. Fire a coach or front office suit. Although I am entering into the fire Rex camp, can we let a QB who has shown some signs of brilliance try to develop? I'd like to see McCoy be McCoy. McCoy certainly has skated on being incredibly pedestrian. -

The same dopes who are ready to jump ship were the ones last fall making Super Bowl plans after beating an incredibly bad Indianapolis team and talking crap about beating NE. It's frustrating but no one has made the playoffs in September. -
Were we the worst team playing on Sunday?

Chargers blew a gigantic lead. Colts are still the Colts. The Browns are a disgrace. It's week 1 for the Love of God. -

Bills' 2016 Non-Division Opponents Finalized
taterthegator replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Screw Baltimore. And don't tell me that Pittsburgh is anything after losing to the Ravens' JV's. You folks are incredible. We haven't made any roster moves, drafted a player nor has anyone else. In the words of Rick Pitino, "The negativity in this town sucks." -
Trade Williams, get a middle rounder for the bum. Then, see what is out there for an LB. Don't over pay on Tyrod. I am upset with the bag of goods we got from Rex this year, but I suggest that he gets another shot at it, with his guys in his schemes. If it doesn't work next fall, the hot seat will be on fire.

Bills or Jets...Who would you rather Be
taterthegator replied to plenzmd1's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Look at who the Jets have beaten. They have done a better job of beating nobodies than we have. We lament about the Bengals and Pats losses but how do you lose to Jax, NYG, KC, Philly. Simple as that. Beat all the teams you're supposed to and a third of the teams you're not and you will host a play-off game. -
The MMQB: Is Tyrod Taylor "The Guy"?
taterthegator replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Reflecting upon this season, I don't believe Tyrod Taylor is even in the top 5 reasons why the Bills flopped this year. If anything, he was refreshing. If we have to sit through another "experiment" I will cancel the Directv experience and just read about the season so I don't get my hopes up again.
