Drafting well requires patients and the ability to trust your own grades. You can't continually give away draft picks. We've done that for 17 years and it has yielded nothing. Now Thursday night comes, they move back 27 spots pick extra picks and still fill in a need with a great player! Then delusional returns on Friday! Freakin organization is clueless! They did what they ALWAYSdo, panic!

If we had 5 picks left is be more into who was left but the moronic people making decisions over at One Bills Drive continue to waste valuable assets. Moving up to pick versatile players rather than using the method of more bullets fired means more targets hit!

The franchise showed some forward thinking Thurday night and nothing Friday night! Without a significant number of picks, you trade up twice! I guess jones and Dawkins will solve much out the teams problems. I just don't understand.

It is hard to find hidden talent in the draft without draft picks. Personally, I find the trading up idea moronic on a team with lots of holes. 8 draft picks was somewhat valuable even though 5 were 5th round or later. However, only 6 with none in 3rd or 4th, in a deep draft, especially in the secondary where we need help, just foolish to waste picks.

There are certainly options but I expect several moves to jump into the top 10 of round 2. Cunningham, Jones, Forest, Baker, are certainly all guys I'd consider.

If the Bills are offered #15 and a 2nd for the #10 you say yes in .10 seconds However, What if you are offered the #12 pick and a 5th for the #10. Is that worth moving down? And teams value draft picks. They want to sign as many cheap players as possible. I'm not trading a 2nd to move up 5 spots. I might deal a 3rd if I had an extra one. Finding a partner is all about finding a team that desperately wants this guy. For the Bills we need one of those key positions to be passed on. If the DL start going and one good one is left at #10 someone is gonna wanna move up. If the QB are falling then someone may want to move up. If the draft unfolds as predicted, we might be a bad spot to move.

If I'm at 10 and cannot trade, I seriously doubt I'd go offense. There are simply too many good defensive players in the top 1/2 of round one.

The Carolina game is 2 1/2 hours away! Definite possibility but the TV experience is pretty sweet these days. Plus Mid September in the Carolina's likely means low 90's, nasty humidity. Wish that game had been week 7/8.

Wish they'd scrap the division for a conference format. The "division" games rotate each year based on your final seeding: 1-5-9-13, 2-6-10-14, etc. you play the crossover based on same seeding, and other 6 games comes from cluster. 1-2-3-4 together plus one from the other 3 clusters. Every year would be a new adventure. Owners would have a cow because the guaranteed rivilary goes away.

I'm pretty sure that NE could add my dead grandmother to their roster and BB would figure out a way to get her open the flat every week for several first downs.
