You're creating a straw man argument. Most of what I've seen is people suggesting they needed a bigger target as an option, especially with Foster's lack of production. From my perspective, he produced significantly more than I expected as the fourth WR, and he gave them the opportunity to actually make that type of throw to the end zone.

What most of us have been suggesting, given the roster, he is a better option than Foster. You suggested playing "Duke "didn't work." It's clear that he gave the Bills passing game more than Foster has all season. So what makes you say it didn't work, one play?

No blame here, but it sure looked like Edmunds could've taken that fumble a long way. Oliver was trying to get him up, and he finally did but too late. Would like to see a wide view of that play.

If my team played in a dome, I'd take Watson, but in Buffalo, I'll take Josh, even though he's still a bit raw.

As you agree, he should be there over Foster. As for targets, that doesn’t mean he was the #1 target on the play. Coverage dictates where the QB goes, and often that will be the #3 or 4 option. Also, 2 if those end zone throws were Uncatchable. They clearly need a #1, but Duke is a good #4 option.

Personally, every time I saw Kroft come on the field I cringed. He was useless. What makes you think he was featured? Most likely the coverage dictated a throw to the #3 or 4 option.

He made some extremely difficult and key catches as well, one in particular wiped out by a penalty. He was also the only one targeted in those situations where they needed a big target. Josh also had the second highest passing yards of the season. So tell us, how Foster would’ve been better...?

Foster is essentially a one trick pony. I agree, I think Duke gives them another real option on 3rd downs.

Duke gives them a #3 wr who can actually get open. Foster and Roberts have done nothing, and McKenzie has more success running than receiving.
