  1. Since we have 2 games against the phins and one against Baltimore this is the result we wanted. We control our destiny this way. The book is still being written on Tua, but I’m not worried. He is undersized not terribly athletic. If he’s competent well good for the phins, but with his size and arm his absolute ceiling is competent. Hill is generationally good, but his career will be short in comparison to Allen and what we will be doing for 10 or 20 years. 0 worries here. jets are the jets. Nuff said.
  2. Because of how big it had to be it is selling in the blanket section.
  3. There are different things you can try or alternate to keep Kelce off balance. I'm just a guy who watches football, but having watched a lot of KC (with hatred in my heart), I can almost predict when they're going to go to him. I would mix things up, but on key down and distances (when it seems obvious theyre going to him), he has to be doubled. Jam him. Throw him off his router with help over the top. You will lose sometimes, but not every time. I mean, every third down and most of your goal to go situations, it is Kelce. Hit him on those plays. Bracket him on those plays and I think you have a solid start.
  4. A little leak there is that Josh wanted diiggs to score on Ramsey. We all know this grudge has to be there, but it is cool to hear. I love this team so much.
  5. I'm happy for this thread. Watching the pat and phins was a big part of my Sunday. there was a tiny voice of worry in my head that was saying maybe Tua is better and maybe the Pats O will be OK. Well, although it is just one game, that worry has been chased away by laughter. Neither QB belongs in the NFL. Tua is a weak armed first read guy with 0 problem causing athletic upside. Mac Jones throws the ball with great anticipation because he CANT throw the ball any other way. My son and I counted out loud in SECONDS how long it takes for passes to go from his hand to receivers. These two team have zero chance. They are terrible. I am happy. And does that mean we should worry about the Jets, nope. The Jets are still the Jets. I feel bad for Jets fans. I really do. I have a lot of bad felling for the Phins and Pats, but the Jets just have my sympathy. I was actually rooting for the Jets today. They make me sad. Like watching a wounded coyote on the side of the road. Like, sure, they are vermin and get into your trash and terrorize your pets sometimes, but the poor thing is just laying there whimpering. On the edge of dying. In pain. That is the Jets. Poor Jets. Let's go Bills.
  6. My wife was calling out Josh's name, but I didn't mind. I started, too!
  7. It is a gamble. It really comes down to injuries. I think he is banking on being healthy enough to get a big contract next year. The longer he waits the more he makes. It isn't a bad plan, but the risk is huge considering how he plays. A broken leg, a ruptured spleen (I'm not being funny; remember Bledsoe), or something else catastrophic and he will look like a fool. But, barring anything career ending, he is adding tens of millions to his deal by waiting.
  8. I found an italian restaraunt, mom and pop style, that does OK. it took a lot of work.
  9. Those plays he was running looked designed for cook. I think he was cook's backup for some of those designed passes. cook has a lot to prove.
  10. wings bone in because im an adult man hot because im a man bleu cheese because ranch is for patriots fans and subs because i live in the south where pizza sucks
  11. This sucks, but I have no worries about our DBs. None. This staff can pick and coach DBs. No question.
  12. In my very unbiased opinion I want him suspended for one game. That's the least the NFL can do.
  13. I like him. I like him very much.
  14. I've never thought Thad Brown was a media caliber starter.
  15. Do we know what is going on? Is he retiring? Is he dealing with a health issue?
  16. I like our team. I like our depth. I love our QB. What else could we want at this point?
