  1. Pretty sure he stole that line from Scott Norwood.
  2. She was such a beautiful woman and a talented actress. RIP, Markie.
  3. Found this great anecdote in ESPN’s Dan Graziano’s report on NFL training camps. When he visited the Bills camp he witnessed Daboll conduct the following exercise. It’s really brilliant. The link to the full article is below. “I think the biggest challenge is to reset every year, stay hungry and never take anything for granted," McDermott said. "This league is year-to-year. You always see teams that are up one year and down the next. We have to make sure that's not us." An example of how the coaches are delivering that message: Offensive coordinator Brian Daboll, in a meeting early in camp, asked every offensive player and coach to stand up. "If you're a coach and you've ever been fired, sit down," Daboll said, and every coach in the room sat down. "OK," Daboll continued. "If you're a player and you've ever been cut or traded, sit down." A large group of players sat down. "If you weren't picked in the first round, sit down," Daboll said, and suddenly the only person in the room still standing was Allen. (The only other first-rounder on Buffalo's offense is backup quarterback Mitchell Trubisky, who sat down with the cut-or-traded group, even though he technically wasn't cut nor traded by the Bears, just not re-signed.) "Josh," Daboll said. "How many scholarship offers did you get out of high school?" "None," Allen replied. "All right," Daboll said. "Let's all remember where we came from." https://www.espn.com/nfl/insider/story/_/id/31974572/nfl-training-camps-fantasy-football-tips-nuggets-learned-bills-steelers-browns-lions-stops
  4. One of the greatest love lament songs of all-time. Sadly tragic because it was all true and he betrayed his very best friend George Harrison.

  6. The continuing negative effects of global warming on the south and west is going to cause Buffalo to have a population boom that rivals the halcyon days of the Industrial Revolution.

  8. That is truly the only hope to be good anytime in the near future.
  9. I’m kind of happy about it. If there’s one thing we’ve learned about Josh Allen, he loves to put a chip on his shoulder and make people pay for underestimating him. Better be ready NFL defenses.
  10. It’s been theorized since Trubisky signed here, but sure you said it first.
  11. It’s amazing to see how Josh had to prove himself to people at every level. Yet, he used those hurdles as chips on his shoulder and got better each step of the way. Watching this video made me believe, more than ever, that Josh was fated to be our guy all along. He embodies the very best traits of all Buffalonians.
  12. Pretty cool video following Josh from high school to Buffalo Bills superstar. Lots of video I’d never seen before. If you have a free hour check it out. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rem_yBOpfO8
  13. Supposed Sabres ask from Vegas for Jack Eichel.
  14. Never debate a Tesla. Their points are electric and they never run out of gas.
  15. I’m glad to have the opportunity to put you in the know. It’s a Lockport institution. Let me know what you think once you check it out.
  16. I love Gabriel’s Gate and Bar Bill, but I’ve got to tell you that the wings at Wagner’s in Lockport can go nub-to-nub with both of them. And their Beef-on-Weck is delicious as well. If you find yourself in the Northtowns, do yourself a favor and check them out. I recommend Johnnie’s Special - a Beef-on-Weck and 5 wings. You can thank me later. https://www.wagnersrestaurant.com/menu
  17. Truth in advertising.
  18. Great trade by GMKA. Let’s see if he can keep the momentum going with Jack and Sam.
  19. Willie Ames
  20. Very happy for him, he had a long writing career. When he first started at the newspaper he was paid with fire. (Ba-dum-ba 🥁)
  21. I think it’s certain to be one of those two or, possibly, Girgensons. Don’t forget that Botterill was the one that signed him to a contract twice his worth on the open market.
  22. I read one where they took Cody Eakin. Who gets paid to write such nonsense?
