I agree the offense is the problem. Marrone should be responsible for that. And I do not think he deserves credit for the defense. I also think an average coach could have done more with the roster on the offensive side.

First time NFL HCs don't have much say at all if any over personnel. That is earned, Marrone has not earned that. Chain of command and stay in your swim lane Marrone!

Home playoff game

I think with average play calling on offense we could have been 13-3. The only game we couldn't have won was the first New England game. So, with our coaching are we a playoff team? NO! With an average coach we are a strong playoff team. Everyone singing Marrone's graces because we had our best year in 10 years is narrow minded. Our roster is much better than 9-7. Its like people in business who say "this year profits were up 400%". Well from $100...400% is $40 000. Well if you should be making $200 000 that sucks...but someone is spinning it as up 400%. Or being up 400% from zero is still zero!!

If I was Pegula I would NOT want anything to do with someone who does not follow or respect the chain of command. I think Marrone could be sinking his own ship and hope so! Get rid of Overdorf, Brandon, Marrone and Hackett! Keep Whaley and Schwartz. Marrone seems like a dumb guy who thinks he is smart.

That is something Russ Brandon would want to do. He couldn't make an NFL team but you think he can replace a double digit sack guy when he never played DE in College or played an NFL snap. Russ Brandon would like the Jersey sales!

Bradford is under contract. I don't think the Rams cut him and have no QB next year as the two QBs on their roster didn't get it done. With that said if the Rams are not cutting him they will want a good return to trade for him. I would think that would be more than a second round pick since they will then be without a real starting QB. Ryan Mallett
