I like what they have both done. I like the way Buddy tried and succeeded mostly building from the lines out. I am baffled why folks are certain TT wax Rex. Says who? Never heard a fact on that. Because Rex coached in Baltimore before TT was there? Whaley is the GM. GMs bring in players. Last year was disappointing. But, the last two season are better than any in this Century, fact. True! I disagree. Elway has done a great job and don't think he and the Broncos do a 180 turn. It's seems obvious to me Elway didn't want Brock or they would have him. IMO he didn't lose him over a couple million a year. Regarding Miller I think Elway and the Broncos are in a strong position.
