    The negative outcome........he is a joke of a coach that makes empty promises and talks in only generalities as one of the leaders in the Bills organization is embarrassing. If I reported to or worked with this guy I would think he was a joke too. He is not obligated to say what he says. He chooses those words.

    After 19 games and two offseasons of empty promises I don't think the issues is us lacking a sense of humour. Just very tired of listening to this guy! He didn't give away any info, but, geepers, just shut up!

    I wouldn't want him as our coach. Maybe an advisory role. I do believe he was here on NFL business. But, I think the Pegula's should talk football with as many football people as possible. It's just learning.

    I am in different leagues and only have to have the Thursday night game if you are playing it. And, when each game counts and you don't pick the TNF game you just get a loss. Putting all your picks in by Thursday is not ideal at all.

    Maybe the coaches communicate poorly. Maybe the coaches are poor teachers and focus more on trying to win a chess game by themselves. Maybe the coaches try to remove human error from the game which isn't possible. Oh my, as I am typing, I realize it sounds like ego maniac, square peg round hole Marrone! Happy Ground Hogs Day!

    I would agree with elite corners need to make those as they are big plays. I recall Gilmore making more of those plays as a rookie or with a cast on his thumb than his last 6-8 games.
