  1. Not so much a change but a reality check. If they win it would do more to change my opinion.
  2. The structure of Glenn's deal virtually ensures that he will remain with the team through at least the first two seasons of the contract, and very likely through the first three seasons of his deal. Because Glenn's entire 2017 salary is guaranteed and $8 million of his 2018 salary is guaranteed (although the conditions of that guarantee were not made clear in NFLPA records), it is unlikely the team will cut ties with Glenn before 2019. Just need to get him and Darius back on the field. I'd have to agree that he is only average and overpaid for 2017 and 2018 but after that he becomes a bargain. From ESPN Rodak in May 2016: http://www.espn.com/blog/buffalo-bills/post/_/id/24629/bills-deal-with-cordy-glenn-considered-among-most-player-friendly Here are the details of his deal: 2017 SEASON Base salary: $9 million (guaranteed) Signing bonus proration: $3.2 million Roster bonus: $2 million Cap number: $14.2 million 2018 SEASON Base salary: $9.25 million ($8 million guaranteed) Signing bonus proration: $3.2 million Roster bonus: $2 million Cap number: $14.45 million 2019 SEASON Base salary: $7.25 million Signing bonus proration: $3.2 million Roster bonus: $2 million Cap number: $12.45 million 2020 SEASON Base salary: $7.5 million Signing bonus proration: $3.2 million Roster bonus: $2 million Cap number: $12.7 million
  3. 65% of 3-1 teams have made postseason, so why not us?
  4. Yeah, he is playing on one wheel. I hope he comes back huge!
  5. Doesn't say much for a lot of Buff-a-loons who were shouting tank at the top of their lungs! Serving some crow if any of you want some!
  6. I concur...Rookk needs a little time and space...
  7. Me either, but I was trying to order a beer at the time....Great tackle!
  8. And when he seems motivated to be a stud which isn't every game or even every play.
  9. Feels like we're moving in the right direction, of course any direction at all is an improvement..
  10. Whole secondary is playing great! Every CB south of Revis in his prime will miss a few and the good ones make the most of opportunities they are given. So far, I am impressed! Sammy is and was an injury prone stellar WO who was never worth 2 ones and a four when measured against the other WRs available in the draft class. Playing with a bottom half QB and being a FA in the making. GREAT trade when one considers the need to manage resources and stay unemotionally attached to players.
  11. Or sign Cousins or another FA ad use those picks to strengthen the core.
  12. Thought both lines should up missing key personnel. OL held their own better than I thought possible. No run game still but playing against a dominant DL I have to give the boys credit! Good win!
  13. And it is at home. The crowd needs to show up for the D. Whine and cheese folks please give your ticket to a rabid Bills fan.
  14. Yeah, he didn't come into the league as the best at his position. As a second round pick he is pretty solid and a big upgrade from Robert Woods. IMHO
  15. Agree if you throw in the rest of the offense too plus the OC and probably even the ball boy.
  16. I don't recall why, but he was running off balance and then had to make a huge adjustment for a poorly thrown ball. He did manage to get his hands on the ball, but it would have been a highlight catch if he made it.. And then time would have run out. And he's a rookie. No way the play was hif fault much less the game.
  17. agreed - tough catch.
  18. Misdirection wouldn't have helped in my opinion. The line was eaten alive and spit out. We do not have many athletes play OL. Our OTs are big soft marshmallows. Wood is simply not big enough or strong enough to handle the larger, aggressive DTs/NTs on some teams. We can't get push and therefore try to play off the edges. Year in and year out the same teams win in part because they have good solid line play. Dallas, Packers, NE, Steelers, etc. Remember what the Skins did to us in the SB? And Dallas. In the 90s we had a fair OL too! Football is still won in the trenches. The Skins beat us with Mark Rypien and the Giants with their back up Hostetler,
  19. As I've been saying... They are bad, real bad..
  20. 2014...we draft SW with two 1sts and a 4th...Raiders took Mack and the Carr in the 2nd round.
