  1. It was Russ Brandon, didn't want to have to market Josh Allen for the Bills. Guess he doesn't have to worry now!
  2. Tweets dude it was the tweets!smh
  3. He is absolutely, positively 100% my guy now! I don't need to massage my ego and say that he faces long odds and will likely fail, or that it is disengeniuos to support him now, since I was a Rosen guy.
  4. My data says he's not good= no chance he'll ever be good! smh I've seen it wayyyyy too many times lately
  5. She needs some work on her ballhandling! High and Tight Kim
  6. No the team and coaches put themselves in position to benefit from good fortune. It has tradtiionally been more difficult and the expansion Vegas team was given access to a large amount of talent.
  7. Yeah last year we got over the hump and don't have to listen to national pundits make jokes about the drought. It certainly doesn't hurt the psyche to have that behind us. We may take a step backwards this year, maybe not!
  8. Debatable IMO. They have also shown the ability to learn and correct mistakes. These are good people who won't give up easily. The success of an organization is not just based on good decisions. The Sabres won the lottery and will draft Rasmus Dahlin, they lost McDavid before.. bad luck, generational talent. Eichel was not a bad back up prize, but no McDavid-bad luck. This time they may have gotten it right with the Bills, ended the drought by hiring McBeane, corrected a mistake, NFL people respect it. The people in charge have made decisions now they need some good fortune with Josh Allen and Tremaine Edmunds.
  9. Building a hockey team is much harder, it takes longer. But, I get the frustration. Give it time, they did hire McD and ended the drought. These are people who are devoted to having successful sports teams in WNY. They have already shown a willingness to learn. It takes time.
  10. That is worrisome. I'm hopeful that he is unique by being a late bloomer. It certainly isn't a regular occurance, but we have to hope as Bills fans that he is the outlier.
  11. This plan sounds to me like surrender now he can't do it. I bet he hits 60%!
  12. I have very little respect for his ability to anaylze QBs after following him this spring prior to the draft. Hell for that matter all his ratings were weird. When I compared his position ratings to a consensus of the other experts he was always the outlier.
  13. These guys are a joke, believe me I've known a couple. Typically these guys end up getting promoted through the "old" boy network way more than other professional sports. And, many of them barely finished high school. I know one guy in particular that was dumber than a box rocks and he ended up after retiring from playing ,being given the job. Some of them go right from the ice to the GM job and onward.
  14. Yes! I've been advocating for this since last Thursday night. They have a great repoire and he is making progress per all reports.
  15. Every now and then it's just fun to sit back and watch these threads. All kinds of reinforcement of what you already thought you knew.
  16. I was just thinking about this myself, hope to hell he/it just goes away. The whole scandal is not going to help anyone.
  17. I would say there is a very good chance he beats the over. I've said before he is going to look very good in training camp and preseason next to the other guys. Even if they hold him out Week 1, he'll be in shortly thereafter.
  18. LOL ! virtually all the posts are from guys who voted under. Then I look above and its 63-37 the other way and hardly any posts supporting it. I'm going contrarian and I'll say OVER!
  19. Shows how much this things are worth that they have the same teams ranked anywhere from A to D-. WAJ
