  1. If you want to be a d*** about it, that is... Tipping is good. Never hurts to throw a little extra at someone providing a service that you yourself can't be bothered to do at the moment. Afterall, you could always bring a lunch/breakfast etc. with you.
  2. It's not a QB crisis, it's two second year QBs.
  3. Must be nice to get paid millions to play a game and do a **** job of it to boot.
  4. Bandwagon fans??!!?? HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Is Goodwin retarded? Seriously, someone get the man a head exam because he must have a serious concussion. Who the !@#$ would jump on this "bandwagon?" We haven't seen the playoffs in 14 years! So not only did we waste a pick on this moron but he's gonna talk **** now? Should be more worried about making a play than tweeting and what the fans think. What a joke.
  5. We would have went to the playoffs last year with Lovie. He was doing more with less in Chicago a lot of the time. We would've been talking about how far we were going to go this year. This team is all about what could have been.
  6. I am still on the blame Hackett train. Sorry but the play calling, preseason or not, is disgustingly bad. Marrone would have been wise to upgrade that spot on the coaching staff before doing anything else this off season.
  7. Spiller is the top talent on the offensive side of the ball until someone else proves otherwise. This is on Hackett. Either figure out how to use him or move on. I don't see how a guy who has produced in the NFL prior to this regime is now suddenly the problem. The problem is Hackett has one running play and he calls it at obvious moments. It's not the lack of talent at running back.
  8. I am going with 9-7 and 2nd in the division. I think the Jets and Dolphins are about even with us, which will lead to a tough season within the division.
  9. Let's hope EJ doesn't have a good year this year. People will be talking about trading him and talking up Thad Lewis. The only way you win games is to keep great players. CJ is one of those greats. The problem is Hackett.
  10. I think you've seen me before.
  11. Well I've had Sunday Ticket every year up until this point. The Slingbox is going to be connected directly to a digital antenna so the only load on the network will be the streaming part. He (my dad) has the fastest Roadrunner you can get and I have Fios here. Now that we are all moved out, it's just him and the stepmother so one computer and one tablet. I think I'll be able to get away with it. Hopefully.
  12. CJ Spiller, the guy who Chan freaking Gailey was able to make one of the most electric players in the league? If Hackett can't cut it he should be fired. Trading away great players isn't the answer. Hiring an OC with a playbook thicker than Tecmo Bowl would be a great boost to this team.
  13. Slingbox + family in Rochester = My "Sunday Ticket." Hopefully they don't get blacked out too often.
  14. I understand he is eligible but at no point has he been on the practice squad. When he said "again" that implies he's been there before. Whaley and Marrone both like Tuel and my argument for Tuel as the backup is strictly reps. If they like the kid, they need to develop him. How many times now have we seen back up QBs be worth more than we ever thought on the open market after having a few decent games? It's a good plan to develop Tuel no matter what the future holds. It could mean he starts for us if EJ busts, plays great if EJ gets hurt, or gets traded for a draft pick if another team likes what they see.
  15. That would be ideal, yes. He's proven to be kind of delicate though so we'll see.
  16. It can't be in major markets. That's the sticking point all of these minor football leagues run in to. It has to be approached just as the AHL and triple-A baseball have done things. You need smaller, regional markets to support the team. I think the NFL could become more competitive if such a league existed. Not only could you be grooming players but coaches as well and that's important considering the huge amounts of money some the better known college coaches are starting to command. Partnerships with soccer clubs for use of their stadiums would be a great way to move forward with this product and not make huge investments in facilities as well.
  17. Considering people on the internet are saying this about you, you are probably of high intelligence and right 100% of the time. I voted for you to stay, just so I can find out.
  18. I won't get into the rankings but I will say that as an overall player, he is better than Byrd. Byrd is great in coverage but he can't play the whole field and that makes a big difference in an NFL that, according to pundits, is moving back to the running game.
  19. And Tuel was on the practice squad never... Tuel has a legitimate shot at #2 so I am going to say Thad is #3.
  20. Sammy isn't insulting EJ, he's saying that they need to build a trust. He needs to convince EJ that he can throw the ball to him whenever, where ever. If you would like an example of this, just watch Fitz and SJ. Except this current duo has the potential for 1500 yards and 10 touchdowns a year.
  21. Whiffner's mad because he knows he lost that Super Bowl and every Bills fan saw it.
  22. Not according to his play last year and the glowing reports of him coming out training camp. But you guys have your vendetta/agenda so carry on.
  23. I see you have a hard time understanding simple concepts. Bills sign QB. Bills stand behind QB as a project with promise. QB still on team, with a great shot at winning the backup position in his 2nd year. Starter known for injuries ahead of him.
  24. Well, as much as people within the Bills fan base scoff at the prospect of Jeff Tuel starting, the front office signed him for a reason. He and EJ were both rookies last year, they were bound to play within themselves, over think in situations that they would typically rely on instincts. There is a lot of pressure to win football games in the NFL. They aren't playing football for fun anymore. This is their career, not just their passion. I think the gravity of that situation, the pressure to not only be successful for yourself or your team, but to be successful for your family and your future is a lot to wrap your head around when you first come into the league. I personally feel EJ will improve this year, but IF he doesn't I would expect the Bills to turn to their other investment of the 2013 draft.
  25. Social anxiety doesn't permit me to go to many games. I've been to 4 in 25 years. While I appreciate both sides of this, and did have relatively good experiences each time, I am going to point out that some people (like myself) are just wired to find a close knit group of friends in the living room watching the game to be more enjoyable. Just thinking about 80k people in the same place and all the things that *could* happen is nerve racking for me. It sounds ridiculous I know, it sounds ridiculous to me. But it is what it is.
