Tyrod is none of those things. He's awful in any system. On the flip side, KB was excellent in Carolina, Clay has always been good, Thompson made some big plays, O'Leary is if nothing else a dependable target and McCoy is one of the best receiving backs in the league. Then you have the guys he's run out of town with his ****ty play, Hogan, Woods, Watkins, Goodwin. Thankfully Tyrod will be gone. Maybe he'll take some of his fans with him.

Would rather have Thompson. The receivers aren't bad, it's the guy throwing them the football that's bad.

You don't need to pick in the top 5 to find a good QB. Hell, you don't even have to pick in the first round. You want to be a consistently good team, you better learn how to scout outside the top 10.

Foles is a system QB that fits the type of system Daboll wants to run very well.

Foles or Bradford I would be fine with. Then you draft someone like Rudolph or Lauletta, you keep Peterman and you have a QB battle in the offseason. Bradford would probably win that battle and as I've said before, he makes it easy to transition to the next guy because he's bound to get hurt. But we have to approach this like the Eagles or Vikings and build the rest of the team to the point where we're good to great and the right QB puts you over the top.

Jets have the most money and an OC that runs the system Cousins was proven to be successful in. Seems like a no brainer.

If we're taking a dark horse, it Lauletta or bust.

I was on the Foles train coming out of college and felt he would've been an excellent fit for Chan's offense. I think Daboll's offense is also a great fit. Easy reads, a quick tempo and he can be above average. Would be a great bridge if the Bills select one of the projects at QB coming out of the draft or have him compete with (shudder) Peterman.

No point in trading up and honestly, if I'm the Browns I'm staying right at 1 and 4. They need an infusion of talent and I could see them going Darnold/Rosen at 1 and Barkley at 4. When you only win 2 games in two seasons, you have to hit on two top 5 picks. I think this fan base is going to have to just accept that we might see a free agent or Peterman to start the season. Once you're in to the third, fourth, maybe even 5th best player at a position, there's absolutely zero upside to trading away picks for that player. It would take a miracle for a guy like Mayfield or Rudolph to live up to two first round picks.

It's program bias. He came from Oklahoma State so he's automatically going to suck in most people's eyes because of Weeden. If he's a system QB then great, because it sounds like we're installing what has been on of the best offensive systems in the game for the past two decades. All he has to do is distribute the football as well as he did at Oklahoma State and we're golden.

Yea he's hired an agent but I can't see anyone drafting him. He MIGHT be someone you give a chance in free agency. But character his a gigantic issue when you and some teammates get arrested for credit card fraud.

Allen is very streaky against mediocre competition. Sailing short passes and throwing into the dirt shows there is a problem with his mechanics. Any QB that you feel you have to rebuild fundamentally is not someone that should be picked anywhere before the 4th or 5th round.

I like him at 21 or there abouts even more now that Daboll is the OC. I think his passing concepts fit what Rudolph does very well.

Go Gators! Yes: Taven Bryan - Versatile, 3 down lineman. Can play on the outside or inside. Would be a huge addition to a desolate front 4. Also from Wyoming, before I hear any "he couldn't handle the weather" comments. No: Antonio Callaway. Basically a very gifted deep threat with the brain the size of a peanut. Very close to being a felon. Damn shame and waste of talent.

Biggest upgrade to the wide receiver corps. will be getting a QB that will actually throw the ball within 2 feet of them.
