Yes! Thank you to someone for finally saying it... gotta get this guy the ball more. I mean, once it's in his hands, who knows what could happen! Also, should probably try to throw more one yard outs to Hogan and Chandler in the flats on 3rd and long as well. We only did it 3 or 4 times today, and it didn't work, but we probably should just stick with it. Their superior football talent is bound to break through sooner or later. I mean those guys are in the league for a reason. Our first and second round pick wide receivers should only be used as decoys. Guys like Chandler, Hogan, and Smith really bust their butts at practice golly gee, better make sure we throw them the ball.

O line is terrible. Nate Hackett is terrible. Orton is not good. Unwatchable football. I think a better o coordinator could put a few more favorable plays together. Your O line is bad? How about some quick routes to your star WR, that attack the middle of the field? Constantly trying to throw for two yards in the flat to Hogan and Chandler. I just have no explanation for it. Hackett has absolutely no clue what he's doing. Not a clue.

Offensive ineptitude has reached a level of criminal proportions. How nate hackett still has a job is beyond me. Sitting in the NYC bills bar, some girl behind me is watching her first Bills game. Shes demonstrated a significant amount of football knowledge thus far. About half way through the third quarter, she says "You guys really need a new coach." Boy was she right.

Honestly, I would not be that surprised. The way the calls go in this league, it sometimes seems that refs have marching orders. I tend to think that they like to throw flags more often to get a team back in the game and make it exciting, but I could see why they would be going the other way on this one.

I keep seeing these "trade Manuel" threads. There is no team in the NFL that would give up anything for him. Maybe a sixth or seventh rounder if they desperately needed a backup. Where do you people keep getting the idea that he has any trade value? Just because the Bills were dumb enough to spend a first on him does not mean he has anywhere close to that actual value.

I don't think it's been discussed too much, but Schmidt has done a pretty darn good job punting the ball this year! Certainly an upgrade for our special teams. Also, didn't realize how shredded he was. Our punter can beat up your punter, <insert team>

I can't cheer a loss, no matter how hard I try... but some small part of me is thanking the football gods that EJ didn't suck his way out of a loss vs. Houston and manage to keep his tentative hold on the job. Making the change at QB is by far the best thing that's happened to this team so far this year. Orton has been very solid. Wishing EJ the best. Maybe time on the bench will help... I'm doubtful, but who knows. In the meantime, Kyle Orton is the undisputed starting quarterback for the Buffalo Bills. GO KO! GO BILLS!
