  1. more wishful thinking, a lot of that going on this week. Lamar can't run in the snow, letdown, Bills weather.... none of that matters. But this is the most ridiculous one. A team having an emotional letdown going into a playoff game is absurd.
  2. File this under 'People need to find something to B word about'
  3. Now if O'Brien was still there, many teams would have the ammo.
  4. It sounds like you are trying to get Boras out of any OC conversation. Nothing very positive in your bio of him.
  5. Herbert might as good as any of the top QB's. Just an incredible rookie season, especially after getting his first start with minimal preparation.
  6. Many Bills fans are also saying the weather will hurt Jackson's game. It's not just the media.
  7. I was seriously concerned that I might not survive an OT. I was having chest pains.
  8. We won't have to change the playbook. I don't think we really have too many unique plays anyway.
  9. Has Dorsey ever called games before? I'm hesitant to trust someone with no experience sending in plays. I think you look far and wide and find the best person available. Totally agree. Find the best person available. This would be a critical hire. Pederson would be a great choice.
  10. I think this is all wishful thinking.
  11. just one was a playoff, they didn't 'turtle' is my point. These guys play with injuries that would kill most of us, they're amazing physical specimens. They're not going to 'turtle' in the cold and snow. The game Saturday is a playoff game too.
  12. They scored 34 points against us in a playoff game in the snow. Can you give examples? Dec 18 2011 - Miami 30 Buffalo 23 Dec 24, 2016 Miami 34 Buffalo 31. They've done ok in December.
  13. Why does snow help a WR because they know the pattern they'll run, but not help Jackson as he'll know when he'll make cuts as well? Plus his 48 yard TD run was pretty much a straight line. I think all the posts about the snow hindering Jackson's running ability is just wishful thinking. It will make him more difficult to catch in the open field.
  14. But that's ok when we do it. You don't get to take away 48 yard TD runs. They're significant. Why not also take away his INT?, then he had no interceptions.
  15. They'll hire Bienemy as it seems that's who Watson favors. They need to keep him happy. To trade an elite WR then followup by trading an elite QB would be unforgivable.
  16. I never called him racist or a homophobe, just wasn't excusing his comments because it was less frowned upon way back in 2011. I basically just said, why defend him, they where bad things to say and that's it. I'm not saying anything else, not saying anything should happen to him. Just won't defend him for saying it.
  17. Did anybody know who either one of those guys was in 2011? Maybe that's why it wasn't a big deal. Why make excuses for the guy, it was a crappy thing to say at any period of our lives. I couldn't care less about the guy either way, but I won't make weak excuses for him.
  18. When did he use the word... 1950?
  19. The Texans have at least 3 minority candidates scheduled for an interview. They are really checking that box. I would say you are indeed, wrong. It's not hard to say that Frazier is qualified, since he was previously was a head coach that led his team from a 3-13 season to making the playoffs the following season. He was a successful college head coach, a successful position coach and coordinator, as assistant head coach... most white coaches don't need that type of resume to get multiple gigs. Look at Gase for example. You say you don't know if he's qualified, but feel confident to post that you think he's only being interviewed to meet a quota. That's really weak.
  20. There's always someone that says this every time a black coach is interviewed. You don't think he's qualified and is only being interviewed because he's black?
  21. He's right about everything, but one big thing he's missing is the field position in the first half. It had a huge impact. Normal field position and we are likely up at least 2 scores at halftime.
  22. He is 6' 5", when he holds the ball , it's up higher and exposed more than say a shorter RB. I think it's just easier to get at, plus like most QB's, he doesn't tuck the ball in to protect it.
  23. I was thinking about the fans sitting there.
