Which people are overlooking it?

I hear you, and I won't say I'm an expert, but is it that complicated? Is it something any qualified OC could develop with the type of personnel that the Bills have? I like Daboll and think he's done a great job, I just think that there shouldn't be much to worry about in replacing him outside the organization. This is a top job that the best OC's would love to have. The Bills will have their pick of the litter, hire the best guy. If they think it's Dorsey, cool, if outside the org, I'm good with that as well. Maybe simple is the wrong word, but is it so unique that no other OC could adapt to this personnel and have similar success? And with a running game perhaps?

Even though Beasley contributed, I think his injury, along with McKenzie's ankle affected the play calling. Those couple short yardage plays that we gave to Moss likely could have been passes to Beasley or end around to McKenzie. I think much of the negative that happened against the Colts was about field position, and the Colts are really good.

Is our offense really complicated? Beasley and Diggs run very vanilla patterns, just very well. Our line gives Allen a lot of time to throw. We've run a couple option passes, other than that, pretty normal stuff. We just do it very well. I think our offense is fairly simple, mostly shorter, high percentage passes that keep us out of 3rd and long. We have many weapons and a great qb. I'm for finding the best OC available, I'm leery of promoting someone who's never called games before.

Maybe Daboll hires him as his OC?

more wishful thinking, a lot of that going on this week. Lamar can't run in the snow, letdown, Bills weather.... none of that matters. But this is the most ridiculous one. A team having an emotional letdown going into a playoff game is absurd.

Herbert might as good as any of the top QB's. Just an incredible rookie season, especially after getting his first start with minimal preparation.

Many Bills fans are also saying the weather will hurt Jackson's game. It's not just the media.

Has Dorsey ever called games before? I'm hesitant to trust someone with no experience sending in plays. I think you look far and wide and find the best person available. Totally agree. Find the best person available. This would be a critical hire. Pederson would be a great choice.

Why does snow help a WR because they know the pattern they'll run, but not help Jackson as he'll know when he'll make cuts as well? Plus his 48 yard TD run was pretty much a straight line. I think all the posts about the snow hindering Jackson's running ability is just wishful thinking. It will make him more difficult to catch in the open field.

But that's ok when we do it. You don't get to take away 48 yard TD runs. They're significant. Why not also take away his INT?, then he had no interceptions.

They'll hire Bienemy as it seems that's who Watson favors. They need to keep him happy. To trade an elite WR then followup by trading an elite QB would be unforgivable.

I never called him racist or a homophobe, just wasn't excusing his comments because it was less frowned upon way back in 2011. I basically just said, why defend him, they where bad things to say and that's it. I'm not saying anything else, not saying anything should happen to him. Just won't defend him for saying it.

Did anybody know who either one of those guys was in 2011? Maybe that's why it wasn't a big deal. Why make excuses for the guy, it was a crappy thing to say at any period of our lives. I couldn't care less about the guy either way, but I won't make weak excuses for him.
