  1. The “they’re selling fast” should be prefaced by there are about 5,500 seats in the East Club. That’s the equivalent of the sideline clubs now. By my math there are currently about 8,500 sideline club seats. There are 450 Founders Club seats I think that they said. They’re banking on people electing better locations vs. covered and heated.
  2. You can from the seats just not from the club. It’s like it is now. The new clubs are glass on both sides so that you can watch the game if you’re sitting at a table. They looked nice. The lower bowl club is between the. 40’s it looked like and $15k per. Not sure of the row numbers. The lower bowl won’t be covered but most of the rest of the stadium will be.
  3. Okay so I have some updates. The $50k Founders Seats are sold out. The East Club goes end zone to end zone. They have only released the sections between the 20’s so far. They’re selling fast. Still the $20k per seat there. I’m hoping that as you get closer to the end zone those PSLs drop so we did not commit yet. If they keep it there we will have a decision to make but I suspect that those will be lower in price which is why they didn’t yet release them. That’s what we are banking on anyways. Apparently we keep our place in line when that happens. The lower level clubs looked pretty cool but you can’t see the field from the club. You watch the teams though as they go out. They aren’t covered or heated but include food and Pepsi products ($15k PSL here). 64% of the stadium will be covered.
  4. Vikings? followed by Raiders and Chiefs
  5. He’s certainly 1 for me too. The biggest difference between MHJ and the other top guys is that he’s basically “bust proof.” He has a HOF pedigree, elite physical traits and is polished. He’s also come through a WR factory and we have watched those guys transition seamlessly into the NFL. In my opinion, Harrison’s floor is Amari Cooper’s career. Basically, he will always be a top 10ish WR. At his ceiling he is a HOF player. There are other guys in this draft with that upside but they all come with a lower floor.
  6. I had the Panthers and took Stroud over Bryce Young. 🤷🏻‍♂️
  7. College basketball was once great. It isn’t anymore. The best talents aren’t there long (if at all). They are also spread wider with NIL. The quality is poor. The first weekend of March Madness is still exciting but that’s it. It’s the equivalent of the MLB playoffs when the Yankees aren’t in for me. I’ll check in on games, make a few bets but might be folding laundry while that’s happening. I have so many sporting leagues/events rated ahead of college basketball. The only reason that it’s even watchable is March Madness and even that is watered down. I have it behind (in no particular order): college football, nfl, nba, nhl, mlb, international soccer, and professional golf. There are other one off events that I’ll watch before a regular season college basketball game.
  8. I’m either team “big move up” or team “2 guys by 50.” I want either one of the big 3 (and another WR shortly thereafter) or 2 of the next 8.
  9. That’s what we have now but by the goal line (so significantly less). That’s where we are leaning but $20k each is steep. I was hoping if we gave up some yardage that would be $10k-$15k. I haven’t heard that though. Heat and covered are so important to us though that we may stretch.
  10. For sure!! Appreciate the heads up. I’ll ask
  11. I’m going tomorrow with no idea what we are going to do. There’s really 3 options and each has flaws. 1) East Club - heated, covered, most expensive. 2) Field Club - great location, less expensive, not heated or covered 3) Wait and slide into the corners somewhere. Hoping to still be covered but probably sacrificing heat and amenities. I’ll report back with whatever I learn.
  12. I think that the choices are tough because he can be a few of those things. He was one of the best WRs in football for a few years. He’s a declining talent now. He became a headache. He should be on the WOF at some point (despite a short career here).
  13. With the 82nd selection of the 2024 TSW Mock Draft, the Indianapolis Colts select Dadrion Taylor-Demerson, S, Texas Tech. The makeover of the Colts secondary continues. He’s a smart, versatile, athletic DB, with playmaking ability. He reminds us of a young Micah Hyde. He’s a bit raw, but with Julian Blackmon returning on a 1 year deal, we can be patient. Taylor-Demerson will contribute on ST and in sub-packages day 1. We believe that he can grow into a Pro Bowl player. The LA Rams and @GunnerBill are on the clock.
  14. We spent next year’s 1 & our own 2. We were able to keep the Vikings 2. When I picked Legette, Franklin was also on the board. If I probably could have gotten it a little cheaper but didn’t want to wait. Also, I always set the draft speed to fast so you can miss out 😂.
  15. Oh I don’t disagree. At times Diggs, Poyer, Tre, Hyde and Oliver all were impact players. The point is now that’s gone (except Oliver) so they need more. This isn’t a draft where they need to add 10 bodies. The back of the roster is one of the better “back of the rosters” in the league. That (and Josh) are the reason that you can be a 2 seed with 1 of the top 101 players in football. This draft is about quality. Go get guys and overpay a little if needed.
  16. I mean they aren’t as important as the NBA but the OP shows the impact players on past champs and on the best teams. The Bills had 1 player listed on PFFs top 101 players of the 2023 season. They don’t need to have 9 of the top 101 players but they need to have 4ish. The point remains. He’s been a star. He’s the most likely player (outside of Josh) to remain a star. That doesn’t mean it’s guaranteed but as of today, he is.
  17. I actually think that’s exactly what has happened. Maybe it’s wishful thinking but it sounds like things have been quiet on the Simmons front for a little while. I’d assume his “market” heats up again right after the draft. The Bills probably have an offer out there that they can’t pull the trigger on until June 1. It would require a level of trust from each side but certainly possible.
  18. Yep, that’s what I was considering trading up from 60. It could be down from 28. What I should have said was, “pick a player between 28-60.” They have to have at least 1 WR on the roster before pick 60 goes on the clock.
  19. That’s certainly on the table. The more of these that you see, the more you realize that it is impossible to wait until 60. If they pass with their first pick (which would be shocking to me), they have to come up. You can’t add the 16th WR as your #1 WR, regardless of how good this draft is at WR. They either have to trade for a vet, trade up in the first, take a WR at 28, or trade up from 60. They have those 4 options but have to walk away with one of the top 8-10 WRs (or 2 of them).
  20. I’ll go with Denver. I think that they may WAY overdraft a QB. Maybe it isn’t a head scratcher, because they need a guy, but if they take a guy in the 1st it’ll look ridiculous.
  21. Forcing the 50 year people out and PSLs are different conversations. The answer is, “yes” the Bills needed to charge SIGNIFICANTLY more for the lower level, between the 30’s that are largely populated with the longest tenured season ticket holders. This was a response to “did the Bills really need to price out 50 year season ticket holders?”
  22. The flip side of it is that the Commanders people don’t have WR in their top 10 needs. If that’s the case, they’re going to be way lower on them than the average team. https://commanderswire.usatoday.com/lists/commanders-roster-needs-positions-2024-offseason-rankings/
  23. I think that this draft has been a great exercise. It shows what a difficult spot 60 might be.
