  1. Hot take: we see a lot of Curtis Samuel at RB tn
  2. I’m hoping for some elite misdirection tonight.
  3. Feel like they would have had to announce a roster move and/or an elevation. Maybe this is common practice? Prep everyone’s gear even if they aren’t playing? Seems weird
  4. Is it general practice for an away team to bring jerseys of unelevated practice squad and IR players. Bills app has images from the staff prepping the locker room and show both Frank Gore Jr and Darrynton Evan jerseys
  5. What an amazing adventure that pup had. Shame you didn’t have a go pro on the collar.
  6. No idea about the score. Guarenteed pain and suffering to some degree.
  7. Except last weekend…the sack fumble that gave the offense the ball at the 15 yard line? Defense is not the problem.
  8. Didn’t Seattle score like 40 points last week and every WR had like 120 and a tuddy? Get back in the game!!!
  9. Fair question: he plays in a fantastic system, with two top end WR talents, a top 5 TE, elite LT, strong running game, CMC when healthy. When his contract ultimately kicks in, they’ll likely need to get younger and cheaper and I just don’t see him carrying a team on his own. Hes had plenty of good throws tonight and also some that weren’t. I believe he’s been a large benefactor of his surroundings. Time will tell
  10. My Brock Purdy prediction is that he signs a massive extension and then becomes a low end starting caliber QB for the next 3-5 years.
  11. PA from the gun/pistol is an entirely different beast IMO. The threat of the QB to run out of PA from these formations doesn’t exist within under center. It requires another defender to hold up and cover an additional gap/man, and in theory puts fewer guys into coverage initially. I think you’re right though regarding Allen wanting to see the field. It’s part of his gunslinger nature. He wants it all. Can’t imagine it’s easy for a man with his mentality to be patient in PA
  12. Leonard Floyd sighting
  13. Metcalf Lockett Njigba-Smith Fant Walker 0 points
  14. Thanks for posting. The chart regarding PA and Pass% is depressing. That being said, I don’t hang this 100% on Brady. Many QBs acknowledge the fact they dislike some wrinkles of offenses. Like Brady stated early this offseason, this is Allen’s offense. Rothlisburger famously hated play action because he had to turn his back to the defense. Rogers dislikes motion. If I were calling plays, I’d be motioning and running PA probably too much…but I think their are reasons beyond Brady they are not. Personnel, timing, pass pro, preference, etc it is all baked into the decision and I imagine it isn’t taken lightly. Do you have the stats that compare this chart to the rest of the NFL over the same period of time? I’d be curious to compare how our decrease in use matches up to others.
  15. Just remembered we play the Seahawks in a couple weeks. **takes out note pad **
  16. Worst safety play I've seen in a long time on that Deebo TD
  17. Nothing like a 10+ play drive that goes for 90 yards and 3 points.
  18. I was just about to compliment Geno. Hanging in the pocket on 3rd and 6 delivering to Metcalf. Then he just misses for an INT with no pressure at all. Smh
  19. James Cook, as explosive as he can be, has been terrible in pass pro his entire tenure with Buffalo. So much so that the Bills have many times taken him off the field in clear passing down situations. I’ve got no idea about Davis, but Ty is one of the guys they’ve trusted to step in when they need someone who can pick up an extra rusher.
  20. For staying out of the way so Smoot could get a sack fumble?
  21. Piles and piles of unfolded laundry
  22. Does separation actually result in tangible statistics? Is there any reasonable correlation? AD Mitchell has 6 catches on 20 targets for 70 yards.
  23. Thanks for the effort here. Any idea how many 1st down runs we had? One step I think Brady and company could make to find some consistency is to identify and personnel grouping that is their most talented and stick with it. They’re trying all sort of different personnel’s and formations and frankly it looks like they’re throwing darts. Figure out one thing you can do well before you adding wrinkles in. I get this is not the modern NFL but IMO it’s an easy step towards simplifying things for JA and the youngsters/new guys.
  24. After being hopeful last year and working through the countless short air yards…I really don’t know how anyone can see his production this far and think “elite talent” maybe it’s situational but I just don’t see it.
