Lattimore is an ideal heir-apparent for Fred, who has 1-2 years max left in the tank, IMO. One more big injury and he may be done for good. We are in a great position to pick up Lattimore and take our time preparing him to be healthy and ready to spell CJ. Those two would give us the undisputed top RB pair in the league for years (especially if we develop some semblance of a passing threat). And he can be had late, considering his talent. We can't let this opportunity for a top player slip away.

If Milliner falls to us, our defensive backfield could be scary good with Byrd and mckelvin at nickel. Imagine the look on Tom Brady's face when he passes 50%, 200 yds, 0 tds, 2 ints.

I have liked just about everything Marrone has said this offseason. I really hope (and expect) him to be successful, because I like his style.

This 'slam on AW' stuff is beyond absurd and a complete stretch. All he was saying is he wants to contribute to the team in any way. Total coincidence that it was safety he picked as a joke. Funny because he clearly would not be effective in that role. Aaron is a corner still, anyways.

This is similar to what I have guessed at as well. Unfortunately, there is no way to really know. We will have to wait and see how things actually play out.

I feel the opposite. Draft pure BPA- we have so many missing pieces that any position we get will fill a hole. Then post draft, we can grab cheap FAs for whatever positions we still need.

I see the opposite. We have so many holes now that a pure BPA will help no matter what position the BPA is on our pick. Then, after the draft, we will know exactly which positions we need FAs to fill.

I wouldn't be shocked if they were waiting until post-draft or training camp to make more additions. When does the 89% requirement need to be met by?

I think its a great idea. Good way to find UDFA gems, as well as provide more football to us addicts who are always in need of a fix.

Well if you know how the salary cap works, you know we can't have a superstar at every position, especially if they are being added at a premium in FA. And compared to who we currently have starting at lb, WR and db, the Manny Lawsons and DHBs don't sound so bad. Ideally, you leave the acquisition of top caliber players to the draft (assuming you have a GM with a clue)... I would rather have a complete roster of average to slightly above average players than 1-2 superstars and UDFA rejects everywhere else.

Didn't AZ start out 5-0 or 5-1 with Kolb before be got hurt? If he wasn't getting sackedon more than 1/4 of his dropbacks, he could be our best option for this year.

I think the bills make a killing in a few weeks, landing a bunch of slightly inferior (but still solid) players that were leftover after everyone's caps are eaten up by their big signings.

Wouldn't mind him for a minimum. Good depth if nothing else.
