  1. Gilmore+Byrd. Can't even imagine the improvement after that.
  2. Play selection is right. Penalties early didn't help, but we should have put that away in the 4th. This is on Hackett.
  3. On the plus side, we may have a new punter to cheer for the next decade!
  4. I genuinely don't understand how TJ Heath (or really any of the DBs out there now) are in the NFL. They are torched or out of position EVERY PLAY! There are bound to be a half dozen cuts better than anyone we have outside of Gilmore (and maybe McKelvin). I'm not too worried about any other positions looking bad now, but these DBs are guys that are possibly on the field every week. You can't win like this. Period.
  5. I'm usually optimistic. this is a whole different level right now.
  6. I'm trying so hard to avoid overreacting, but it seems like homerism is in full effect.
  7. I know its a joke, but that's Kaufmann- good, big target. Love it!
  8. Haven't heard much about him today. Did he do anything at corner?
  9. It is incredible having some DEPTH. I like Kaufmann for the practice squad.
  10. I'd love to see if Tuel can do this against a first string D. He looks as poised and accurate as anyone right now.
  11. Pretty decent overall. Don't forget he was playing 2/3rd strings on the 2 min drive. Either way, nice to see him shake off some early issues, go through progressions, make good decisions, and gain some confidence.
  12. Wow. Sounds like Corbin Bryant is wreaking a bit of havok in the backfield.
  13. You don't really know how talent works, do you? Besides, he has regularly caused havok for good teams like Georgia and Baylor.
  14. At the risk of sounding like a homer, OLB Khalil Mack at UB is monstrous and is within reach of a couple ncaa records (FF and TFL). Could be great value if he slides due to bring from a MAC school, but I wouldn't be surprised to see him go in rd 2-3.
  15. Could be a sign of genius or a sign of desperation. Until we get some word on performance who knows? Maybe he should have been a guard all along and that's why he never stuck anywhere... Or it is because our LG spot is that bad any anyone is a step up. Sorry this isn't really an answer but I need some empirical evidence of him in this role before I come to a conclusion. I'd like to think that he will be well suited for the role. Anyone have measurables/combine results?
  16. If this isn't their MACC year... We may be waiting a bit.
  17. Very cool. A first or second round draft pick would be huge.
  18. Seems like a Laron Landry type. Fast, hard hitting, able to play in the box. I like it.
  19. I like him, but too expensive. Could be a great add if he is cut.
