I did watch the video. He rolled the window back up. And then refused to keep it down. It was objectively reasonable for them to order him out of the car at that point given the window tint. We also don’t know if he was making any furtive movements in the car. That would also be more support for them to order him out of the car. again, I don’t know what their thinking was on cuffing him. But ordering him out was reasonable.

There are so many of these scenes in Castaway. But this was always hits home!

The tinted window really was the key in this whole thing. Officer probably couldn’t get eyes on him. That’s a safety risk. So either he rolls down the window (which he refused to do), or gets out of the car. once outside of the car, I think one can make the argument that the cuffing and was unnecessary. But maybe not, if the officers thought he was a flight risk or if that is their protocol when they remove someone from the car.

This is the absolute best thing to happen to the browns. Void it; let him sue in arbitration; and regardless, browns come out ahead.

Diggs is a great receiver. But just too toxic on the team. We had to move on, unfortunately. He is always going to have this problem too. Houston was smart to get him on a 1-year rental.

This game is going to be sloppy. I would argue that the Week 2 TNF game is the worst slot of the year. Getting over those week 1 injuries; little time to game plan and correct those week 1 errors, etc.

I noticed the last time I went to Hawaii, there was a ton of hostility toward us outsiders by the locals. It was very noticeable. I was on Maui, and some local chewed us out for just hiking on a regular trail that our guidebook recommended. There were also signs in a bunch of places in Hana, which basically told tourists to keep out to “respect” the property. These signs too were near regular beaches and trails. I get it if tourists are trashing stuff. But tourism is the lifeblood of that place, and that attitude towards people just doing normal things was really nuts.
