  1. agreed. Re Shakir, I actually think there is even a chance that Samuel ends up being the better fantasy player. Just going to have to wait and see a little.
  2. he is too risky of a play, especially week 1. He will probably end up with like 3-4 targets, and maybe another run.
  3. Lamar looks lost in this offense. Everything has been his first read, or trying to run. He will be good this year due to his athleticism, but easily bottled up against the good defenses.
  4. If Josh had Thrown that pick mahomes threw, he would have been roasted alive And automatically disqualified from any MVP consideration.
  5. Great job by ravens defense here hanging on for dear life. Lamar needs a big play here.
  6. I think it’s safe to say that Nelson Aghalor is the one guy who doesn’t get the benefit of the doubt.
  7. I don’t think he has the ability or discretion to audible either. sort of a one-read offense. They were probably better off keeping Roman.
  8. this is looking real good to me!
  9. I am not stressing about Hamlin (yet). I think we will see him revert to more of his pre-heart attack form— more aggressive And hard hitting. Plus, we have Bishop healthy now, so I am Guessing there will be a bit of a rotation back there anyway.
  10. Ha! Deeds is one of my favorite movies and so underrated (and not watched nearly enough). I always am using references from that movie (“I like feet,” “Winchestertonfieldville, Iowa”)— and no one knows that movie!!
  11. haha. This is as misleading of a stat as I have seen. The YPA difference is .5 yard. And the TD difference is due to the fact that Milano only played in basically 4 full games. (this also doesn’t account for the fact that we had no Bernard or Milano for the last two games).
  12. Regardless of the content of what he said, this is bush league reporting. It reminds me of that movie Mr. deeds, with Adam Sandler and Winona Ryder, where she goes undercover like this (though later falls in love with him!)
  13. In two leagues (12-team PPR’s). In one league, Yahoo gave me a D- draft grade with a stinging critique! Haha. i will say that the one guy who I always have had on my team and has finally paying dividends is Mostert. Dude is a beast!
  14. Build. A. Dome. (sorry, I can’t help myself! 😁 )
  15. Agreed. Was also way overpriced, even for Hawaii.
  16. I always have liked going to the Polynesian Cultural Center. Definitely a cool excursion. lots of great udon and tempura spots right around Waikiki area. Can’t really go wrong with any of them. would avoid Duke’s. Tourist trap with meh food.
  17. Agreed. don’t write Damar off! He was playing decent ball the year he had the heart attack. I noticed last year he was super tentative, and I think he probably wasn’t back in the right head space yet. I expect him to be hitting hard out there!
  18. Very curious to see Kyle McCord at Syracuse. As maligned as he was at Ohio State, I feel like he is going to play pretty well in the NFL.
  19. It’s going to be a long season for Michigan. Defense is there, but clearly don’t have the QB or o-line this year to make a serious run.
  20. maybe if this were a 4-lane road. This was a 2-lane road, with zero shoulder. And the vehicle ahead supposedly just moved a few feet near the center. There is no plausible explanation, IMO. He was trying something that was insanely reckless, even if there had been no bikes around.
  21. I suspect this is the kind of idiotic driver that does this same thing whether drunk or sober. Just an absolute reckless maneuver.
  22. This is one of those incidents where the DUI and the “bicycles on the road” are irrelevant. Who in their right mind passes on the right on a two-lane road? That is insane.
