  1. Thanks for the data Badol...that was impressive setting the edge. Maybe I need to update my eyeglass prescription.
  2. Two things I noticed last year with him. First was the lack of bulk. This made it hard for him to set the edge sometimes if he didn't get first leverage. He is quick but would get taken out one on one if he didn't get the first step on the OT or TE Second, was the lack of counter moves. He was a one trick power move and hands up rusher. Hopefully, he has also been doing some work on this. He has a really good first step. A little more strength will help a lot. I was psyched for Epenesa after the first Dolphins game when he had all the pressures but he didn't really build on that game. I hope both improve substantially this year and learn a lot from Von Miller.
  3. https://www.buffalobills.com/video/exclusive-behind-the-scenes-look-at-the-2022-buffalo-bills-nfl-draft-war-room Another good video. He had McD when he pulled out the notebook in Indy. McD tried to stay straight faced but he was impressed.
  4. I personally am glad the Bills are relevant enough to attract bandwagon fans, particularly among the media and particularly as brash and fun and Kyle. Sixty one years old and Sixty one years a Bills fan and I am happy to welcome recent disciples!
  5. When your first words to the team owner upon being drafted are "Put the Playbook on the Plane".....you win the heart of this Bills fan. Go get 'em young man!
  6. Speaking of TE's, Isaiah Likely in for a visit...wonder if drafting Likely is likely...I am here all week, try the veal.... Ian Rapoport @RapSheet Coastal Carolina TE Isaiah Likely is in Buffalo on a Top 30 visit to the #Bills, source said. He recently spent time with the #Jets and he has the #AZCardinals next week.
  7. I re-read what you wrote and I am still going to have to go with shut the ***** up...
  8. If you feel the need to respond to a joke in this manner, I suggest you shut the ***** up.
  9. Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-Ill.) who said, “Quite frankly, as you go through the allegations it reads like a description of some organization out of the Godfather and not an NFL football team." As an Italian/American, I am offended that Dan Snyder is referred to as anything remotely akin to an Italian/American crime boss. Dan Snyder couldn't hold Don Corleone's jock strap.
  10. One trade back in the second to pick up an extra third. Fanspeak using the NBS Central Draft Board All 3 DB's run 4.44 or better. 11. Every subscriber gets 5 free 30 day guest passes to distribute. If anyone wants one of mine, PM me your e-mail. 30 days gets you through the draft and their draft coverage is pretty good.

  13. If they paid McKinnon from the illegal set of books does he revert to the Bills???? At this rate they will be the Washington Congressionals before we know it...
  14. It was pre-COVID (just barely)...last two years have been a blur. Glad JP is back and better than ever.
  15. A different perspective.... You never really know where a veteran free agent player is in their career path. It matters when and how you buy the player and what your expectation is. Is the player an Albert Haynesworth who will cash it in once he gets paid? Is he at the end and decides to go for one more paycheck (Vontae Davis)? Are you signing him to be leader and teach (Saffold might be that- teaching Kromer's blocking scheme)? Its less of a crapshoot than the draft but still a crapshoot. Teams and players should understand their expectations with every move. One of the most interesting parts of free agency to me is when a team signs a player at a position where we thought they were stacked. For example, if the Bills were to sign a safety this year who would compete with Hyde or Poyer. Did the coaches and personnel team see a subtle skill fade? I go in to Free Agency with very few expectations, but I like to think about the role and message of each signing. Rarely disappointed because I simply don't have enough knowledge to understand why a signing was or was not made.
  16. An amazing transition from bottom feeder and having to overpay to being a destination in just 5 short years......Thank you Josh, Brandon Beane and Sean McDermott. Thank you Kim and Terry for providing the resources and being smart enough to let Beane and McDermott lead the effort.
  17. This team should have been a Super Bowl winner. If this was a communication problem among the staff, it needs to get fixed because this team will be in pressure situations in elimination games for the foreseeable future. I don't know if you can ever take enough responsibility for what in some players minds was blowing their shot at a ring. I am sure it will be discussed and dealt with internally and I don't really care to know the whole story. This team has a strong and diverse player leadership- Morse, Dawkins, Allen, Diggs, Harry, Edmunds, Hyde, Poyer, White, etc. These guys will make it right internally. I love Coach, but there better be vast improvement in strategy and communication when the Bills face a similar situation. Opportunities to win it all in the NFL are narrow and fleeting. The Bills as a whole need to better at grasping the opportunity with confidence and certainty rather than failing to communicate. This scenario should have been one that was played out not just on paper but in preparation and practice. That there were errors borders on being inexcusable. But hey, we are Bills fans-- we are resilient -- this staff won't make the same mistake twice.
  18. Very true. I do know they have been together for 6 years. She was with him draft night and has been a permanent presence during the season. That seems more than a twitterverse relationship. I agree though - no rush.
  19. Side note....My fatherly (or grandfatherly actually) advice to Josh is to sew up the deal with Brittany. They seem like a very happy couple. She appears to enjoy Buffalo and Bills Mafia.
  20. In the playoff game against the 49ers, Williams almost single-handedly stopped a drive with 3 penalties. He had 17 flags on the year. Not sure he is a fit. Penalties are mostly a lack of focus or bad technique. Both things piss off Coach McD... Kirk - sign me up. Bills need to get younger at WR. Kirk, Davis and Diggs would be a great core for a couple of years.
