Mr. Eisen very eloquently stated what many of us are dealing with today. I know I am guilty of celebrating the violence of the sport, literally reveling in the physical punishment our defense inflicted on Mike White of the Jets a few weeks back. If Milano's hit had been a couple of inches further up and to the right, at a specific time in White's heartbeat... who knows? They're human beings.

NFL Network just had an interview with an emergency care dr from LA about this. She said that the first priority is the brain - getting blood flow back and increasing the chances for normal function. So restarting the heart ASAP after the arrest, then sedating & cooling the body to reduce the metabolism and activity of the brain to maximize potential for a desirable outcome.

To Damar: All positive energy I can generate is aimed at you. Taking football out of the picture - all hope for a miraculous recovery. To the Bills Organization: I know you're hurting. We all are. And as unfair as it is, we need you to be the role model in how to process and handle this. To my adopted hometown of Buffalo: How much can one community take in a year? The Tops massacre, double-whammy historically epic snow events (and the ongoing fallout), now this? Please continue to be the City of Good Neighbors and help each other. To the NFL: You've made a good start by stopping the game. Please continue to put people first in all decisions.

My current thought is that if I win the season ticket member lottery to buy tix at face value, I'll go. But I can't justify 3rd-party prices. As a 35-year STM I'd hope that I will win that. I did for SBXXVII in Pasadena.

Cole and Smoke each have one more call up before having to be signed to the 53. So I bet each one plays one of our remaining 2 games. Call ups are unlimited in playoffs so should be all set after the season. Personally, I think we're giving teams more run to look at right now but we'll switch it up for the playoffs.

For future reference, here’s 35 years of making that drive talking: 1. Don’t exit 90 at 219. Go to the Milestrip exit 2. On Milestrip, turn right into the plaza with Home Depot 3. Go in front of Home Depot, then turn right to drive behind the next plaza 4. turn left before Wegmans and go to the light at McKinley 5. Turn right onto McKinley and move to the left lane. Turn left onto Brompton 6. Brompton ends at Southwestern. Turn left. 7. Park at one of the lots on the left hand side. This makes your exit a right - much easier. When exiting its mostly the reverse, with a couple of wrinkles 1. After turning right onto Brompton, turn left on the first side street. This goes around a curve. Then take a left at the stop sign, then right onto McKinley. This bypasses the long line on Brompton and you turn onto McKinley sooner. 2. Turn left between Aldi and Wegmans. This cuts out all lights and traffic on McKinley 3. Go back to same place you turned into that plaza - gives you a light to make the left onto Milestrip. 4. Turn right to get on 90 East i pulled into my house at 1:57 AM

Devin Singletary not scoring a TD with 34 seconds left

I personally thought it was brilliant of him to go down. The whole drive was masterfully called and executed. When we got the ball with just under 6 minutes on the clock, the best possible outcome was to possess the ball for the rest of the game and score on the final play and that’s exactly what happened. It was reminiscent of the Ravens game. Motor going down made them use their last time out and gave us 1 play to maximize Bass’s comfort with the kick, putting the ball on his preferred hash. And Bass has missed what, one of like his last 120 extra point tries? it was without question the right thing to do. -
So did you make the playoffs in your fantasy league?
JÂy RÛßeÒ replied to Logic's topic in The Stadium Wall
Yeah that's gonna be a crap shoot assuming I get that far. Might have to load up on players for teams who have something to play for. -
What was the furthest you traveled to see the Bills play?

London. Would not be at all surprised to see us in Munich next season. -

Currently alone in first at 11-3. Playoffs are weeks 16-17. Tee Higgins & Deebo being out will hurt this week but hopefully not out long term. -
The Bills won yesterday because.... (karma reasons only)

I did wear the kilt. But does this mean I'm barred from tailgating the rest of the year?!?!?!?!?
