  1. Since the passing of Ralph Wilson in 2014, they've only honored the 2 individuals who were left off it by him: 2015 Lou Saban 2017 Cookie Gilchrist Are we done with the "Super Bowl" era? Cornelius Bennett? James Lofton? Ruben Brown? Eric Moulds? Is any player from the drought era worthy? Kyle Williams? Fred Jackson? Brian Moorman? Aaron Schobel? Eric Wood?
  2. hotel rezzie made
  3. I can neither confirm nor deny the possibility that I may or may not have been involved.
  4. Haven't read the whole thread, but I just hope he's not rushing back due to the absence of Damar.
  5. I think the main rationale for cancelling the game was two-fold: The only way to play it would have been to eliminate the week off between championships and Super Bowl. This would create a week 19 and make Buffalo/Cincy the only game being played giving every other team a week off - basically putting Bills & Bengals at a competitive disadvantage. It also would affect all playoff teams and they wanted to reduce the scope of disruption The outcome of the game had no impact on who was gonna make the playoffs, only on how the top 3 seeds would end up. Did it end up benefitting KC more than anyone else? Yeah. Rumor heard at the game - neutral site game could be played in Ann Arbor. Biggest stadium in the country.
  6. Been a subscriber since 98, and considering doing the same thing. Not a Sunday Ticket subscriber, but just due to continued price hikes and increased alternatives.
  7. From Dion Dawkins: https://justdishin.com/products/h3roes-shirt a little appreciation to the crew that helped our brother. Proceeds will go to #demarhamlin
  8. Was in the crawl on NFL Network at 4:10 PM. But now it doesn’t say a time
  9. Probably. And Facebook Live as well I would bet.
  10. Coach McDermott and select players expected to address the media. NFL Network are also gonna re-air the UC Medical Center presser at 8PM
  11. Some more pics from practice: So good to see the smiles. And Taron Johnson in a non-contact jersey but with helmet on.
  12. Can you imagine what it will be like when Damar and that medical team walk onto the field at Highmark Stadium together. Never mind whether Damar's playing or not. WhoDeyNation and BillsMafia are forever tied together. I'm gonna hug the next person I see in Bengals gear, whether they like it or not.
  13. 2nd time this season I've cried over something related to the Bills. This was the first: Whatever everyone is doing - keep doing it cause it's working.
  14. Mr. Eisen very eloquently stated what many of us are dealing with today. I know I am guilty of celebrating the violence of the sport, literally reveling in the physical punishment our defense inflicted on Mike White of the Jets a few weeks back. If Milano's hit had been a couple of inches further up and to the right, at a specific time in White's heartbeat... who knows? They're human beings.
  15. NFL Network just had an interview with an emergency care dr from LA about this. She said that the first priority is the brain - getting blood flow back and increasing the chances for normal function. So restarting the heart ASAP after the arrest, then sedating & cooling the body to reduce the metabolism and activity of the brain to maximize potential for a desirable outcome.
  16. To Damar: All positive energy I can generate is aimed at you. Taking football out of the picture - all hope for a miraculous recovery. To the Bills Organization: I know you're hurting. We all are. And as unfair as it is, we need you to be the role model in how to process and handle this. To my adopted hometown of Buffalo: How much can one community take in a year? The Tops massacre, double-whammy historically epic snow events (and the ongoing fallout), now this? Please continue to be the City of Good Neighbors and help each other. To the NFL: You've made a good start by stopping the game. Please continue to put people first in all decisions.
  17. My current thought is that if I win the season ticket member lottery to buy tix at face value, I'll go. But I can't justify 3rd-party prices. As a 35-year STM I'd hope that I will win that. I did for SBXXVII in Pasadena.
  18. Cole and Smoke each have one more call up before having to be signed to the 53. So I bet each one plays one of our remaining 2 games. Call ups are unlimited in playoffs so should be all set after the season. Personally, I think we're giving teams more run to look at right now but we'll switch it up for the playoffs.
  19. Update: Tannehill likely out for the rest of the season including playoffs, May require surgery https://www.musiccitymiracles.com/platform/amp/2022/12/21/23521550/report-titans-qb-ryan-tannehill-out-for-season
