  1. I can see both sides. 1. A long pass interference call can seriously impact the game. And a lot of the time those calls are very ticky tack. 2. On the other side, players will just tackle the player if they are beat on a deep throw. They would be more than happy to concede the 15 yards. It’s a lose lose either way in my opinion. Overall I would slightly prefer them to keep the rule as is, but let the players play more and don’t call it PI unless it really impacts the play.
  2. You are definitely right in saying stats don't tell the whole story, but at the end of the day stats do equal production for the most part, so you must factor that in when evaluating a player. He makes more plays than TT but he also makes more mistakes than him. Now I am of course not an expert in knowing Daboll's offence (I know it a bit), and I am not an expert in knowing if Bridgewater would be an amazing fit for it. So I will defer that point to you if you believe Bridgewater would be a solid fit there. I was basing my opinion on three things. Watching Bridgewater play, his lack of production, and him not playing for 3 years. Those three things in my opinion, leads me to believe that he won't be an upgrade over TT. Maybe I am wrong and he lights in up and is a good fit with Daboll. Hard to say now and no one really knows of course. We'll probably have to agree to disagree on this one
  3. How does that not make sense? I literally listed like 5 different stats, are we just supposed to ignore that? Of course every team has different circumstances, but stats are obviously going to be factored in when measuring different players on different teams. I have watched Bridgewater play and I don't see anything special out of him. And the mediocre stats back it up. Like I said he has a higher ceiling. But his first two years as a starter were not impressive. Like I also said, he hasn't played in almost 3 years. I don't want a QB who was average at best 3 years ago as the bridge QB. I don't see that as an upgrade over TT in my opinion.
  4. Are there reports to how much money Bridgewater is going to get? I am actually pretty curious
  5. I wasn't comparing their style of play. I was basically saying he is not really an upgrade as of right now Ya I would agree with that. He is more of an accurate passer
  6. You want Bridgewater and hate Tyrod? You know Bridgewater is pretty much like Tyrod, right? In an average season he has slightly more passing yards, less TD passes, less rushing yards, and turns the ball over more than TT. He does have a better record than TT at 17-11, but that can be contributed to a very solid defence with good coaching. I am not trolling you for the record, just brought those stats to your attention in case you were unaware. I understand his upside his higher. But as of right now he is not an upgrade over TT, especially since he hasn't played in almost 3 years.
  7. That will change soon, especially when Nate Peterman will be here leading this team for a few decades
  8. Exactly what I was thinking. Keenum was playing at a high level and he still fully couldn’t commit to him
  9. Bradford is so overrated in my opinion. Here is basically the sum up of Bradford’s career: A team will invest a lot to get him. Plays well for a few games. Plays mediocre for a few games. Gets injured. Rinse and repeat
  10. No chance that Beane goes into the season with a rookie and Peterman as the only two QBs
  11. I think you are pretty spot on in my opinion. There are only a few QBS that will give you a chance to win the super bowl every single year. (Brady, Rodgers for sure, maybe Brees and Ben?) I would for sure say Rivers is a franchise QB as the team/coaching around him over the last 8 years with the exception of last year has been pretty bad. If he got drafted by the Steelers in that 2004 draft I think he would easily have at least 1 ring
  12. That is Tara Reid on the right?? Wow she is looking rough
  13. Get two birds stoned at once
  14. It really isn’t good. Few good picks of course But Brady and B.B cover up a lot of bad picks
  15. Yep. He especially proved it week 3 when he threw 3 picks and pretty much gave that game to the Bills.
  16. I love a good 20 to 17 game over a 34 To 31 game. The main thing I hate are the flags, and when you have those huge scoring games, it seems like the flags are thrown like crazy
  17. No way. He sucks and he’s a clown
  18. Ya I agree. Spending big in free agency generally doesn’t work out well. Where free agency can be effective is if the team is already good and they need to add 1 or 2 key pieces. The Bills aren’t at that stage yet
  19. He’s probably the best insider in the game. Way better than la canfora
  20. As good as McCoy and MacKinnon would be, It Would be too expensive I think
  21. It’s still tied to the NFL because he was an ex NFL player and he’s calling out ex teammates. Its front topic right now on profootballtalk
  22. I will grant you you can get a franchise QB through free agency . But your odds of finding a franchise QB are significantly higher through draft and develop. And on on top of it, you will have the rookie cheap the first 3 to 4 years
  23. How old is ivory now, 29 or so? Age would be my only concern, having two older running backs. In saying that, he still looked like he had a lot left in the tank last year
  24. Garalappo hasn’t done anything yet. (Neither has Watson in which I listed him) They look promising but haven't accomplished anything yet I would say the number is closer to 5 to 10 percent in my opinion
