  1. I’m not boasting at all about the offence. Im saying turnovers are huge in games and was the difference in 3 to 4 bills wins this year
  2. Seriously? Lol. Against Atlanta they got a defensive TD and they won by 4 points. They had 3 turnovers that game that lead to 10 to 13 points. Easily the difference in the game. Against Denver they got 3 turnovers which resulted in 6 points and took off points off the board for the Broncos. TB they literally won the game off a fumble that set up the game winning kick. Oaklsnd they got 4 turnovers and one was a defensive TD. You’re actually saying the Bills win at least 2 of those games without those turnovers/not turning the ball over? Not a chance in hell
  3. Nope it’s not a given. But I would wager a lot that a rookie QB or a QB like Mccown will throw easy into double digits INTs next year if on the Bills. Turnovers are not over blown in my opinion. They were the main reason why the Bills got into the playoffs. Denver, ATL, TB, Oak. Those are 4 games where the Bills won because of protecting the ball and forcing turnovers on the defensive side
  4. No the topic in which I was originally replying too was there can be a regression from TT if the Bills start a rookie or a bridge vet next year. Not saying the Bills shouldn’t draft a rookie QBas I definitely want them too. But don’t expect an automatic improvement in 1 year. Im not sure why you are stuck on this 30 and 10 argument. No QB on the Bills next year is going to come close to that. Obviously anyone would take 30 and 10.... A 30 TD to 10 INT ratio is a borderline MVP candidate.....
  5. His quote was something along the lines of “I’ll talk 30 over 10 rather than 14 over 4”. I was responding to his quote
  6. Lol who wouldn’t?... You’re saying a rookie QB or a bridge vet QB comes in next year and throws 30 and 10?...
  7. Interceptions are way more of a killer than TD passes. Even if what you are saying is true, if someone throws 28 TD passes and 16-20 INTS, that's going to do no good
  8. Well my point was there would be more interceptions which would result in less wins. Taking care of the football is a big part of the quarterbacks job. Its no good if you throw for 300 yards every game but have 2 to 3 interceptions. As we well know watching Fitzpatrick for years lol
  9. In terms of yards and making big plays, there would be no regression from TT as he fails to do that consistently. In terms of wins and losses? There certainly can be regression as TT doesn't throw many games away. (As someone like Ryan Fitzpatrick did, or as we saw this year with Nate Peterman the one game)
  10. To 2? Wow. Not that I am complaining because I would love them to go up and get their guy, but how much would that cost them roughly?
  11. I got to agree with you for the most part. I don’t think tackles is a great indication to judge a play of a linebacker. It can be a pretty flawed stat as lots of tackles can be 5 to 10 yards downfield. If there was a stat to show me tackles behind the line of scrimmage, or 2 yards or less, then that would say a lot more. Now I have nothing to back up to say Preston browns tackles were farther downfield, but it definitely seemed like he choose the wrong gap too often, and it for sure seemed like lots of his tackles were after 5 yards.
  12. I was yelling at this all year. I hated having TT lined up over the centre. Put him under the gun so defences have to account for TT's legs, and at the same time will open up more space for one of the most gifted backs in the league. Its really not complicated. Dennison screwed this up completely
  13. Until they go 0 and 1 and no one shows up again lol
  14. I thought Alexander signed a 1 year deal last year and was a free agent now? Didn’t know he was still under contract for 2018
  15. Crazy how new the coordinators are and how short their shelf like is. If you’re good, you’re going to get a head coaching job very soon. If you suck, you’re going to be fired very soon. Very little in between.
  16. I also think Foles played in a VERY friendly QB system with Pederson. Pederson is an offensive wizard. Put Foles with Rico and he would probably have similar results to his 2015 season with the Rams
  17. Hmm I don’t know. They benched TT last year even when they were 5 and 4. I think they are ready to move on from him. You think RB in the first? I really hope not. They got a lot of holes on this team and RB is not one of them. (I do get shady is turning 30 but I don’t think they spend a high draft pick for his successor in this years draft)
  18. I really hope you are correct. Personally I would rather them draft one though as I am not sold on Cousins being a franchise guy
  19. Lol very true. And ya it definitely is still early and there are still lots of options/ lots of things that can happen
  20. As much as I as would love for the Bills to trade up and get their guy, I got a strange feeling them taking a QB in the first isn’t even close to a slam dunk. The way I see it is if the trade isn’t right for the Bills, they probably aren’t going to give away tons of draft picks to move up. At least I don’t think they will, although I’m not in Beanes brain. And if the trade isn’t right, then they would have to “settle” for probably the 4th to 6th best QB at 21, which I don’t think they would do. Next month when free agency starts, I think we will really get a better understanding if the Bills are going to go QB in the 1st round or not. If they get a guy like Keenum, I would say probably not. Cousins, definitely not. And the other options would be guys like bridgewater, Mccown, TT. (In other words, they better damn well draft a QB in the 1st if they go into the season with one of those 3 and Peterman) So what do you guys think? Do you think it’s very likely the Bills get a QB in the first, or do you think it’s more like 50/50 like myself?
  21. Very true. I do believe he’s the best draft analyst, or whatever job title you want to call him, but it seems like he rarely figures out QBs. I remember in 2011 when he said Gabbert was a sure fire QB and he was one of the top rated players on his board
  22. I agree with you as I definitely don’t think he sucks, but I would put him more in the 22 to 25 range.
  23. I would personally prefer to trade both those picks to get a QB higher. I would rather the Bills get the 1st or 2nd best QB in the draft, rather than have both the 3rd and 4th best
