  1. Haha that’s pretty extreme though. I train athletes, (not professionals though) and I can’t say I’ve ever heard of 1.8 grams per lbs. I’ve heard 1.8 grams in KGs but not in lbs.
  2. There is a huge difference between what you need, and what professional athletes need though. Bare minimum, athletes need .8 grams of protein per BW in pounds, and research has even shown 1.2 grams per BW is ideal if trying to gain muscle mass
  3. I think he is above average personally. Was saying at least an average tight end. There are way bigger problems on that offence than Clay
  4. He’s not that bad lol. Overpaid? Sure. But he is at least an average tight end when healthy IMO
  5. You’re 100 percent correct in my opinion. He was a good coach but his game management was awful. I will give him a bit of a mulligan because it was his first year, but he needs to drastically improve on game management
  6. Absolutely. As much as I hate the cavs, I am going for them over the Celtics
  7. I still don’t get the hate on the Jets move. They gave up 3 2nds to guarantee a top 3 QB in the draft, and probably thought top 2 QB. (Which it turned out to be as the giants picked Barkley) I think it was a smart move by them
  8. Lol very true. Was actually a descent play by Allen. Only thing he should have done was throw the ball away once he escaped, but that is something he can definitely work on
  9. I really can't tell if this is a poor attempt at a troll job, or you actually want cutler on the bills. I am really hoping it's a poor attempt at a troll job, because I would question your sanity if it was the latter.
  10. I would list them in this order: 1. Coaching 2. Secondary/turnovers 3. Luck/breaks from officials 4. Hauschka 5. McCoy
  11. For sure, they definitely go hand in hand
  12. Getting big is all about how many calories you take in. He must have drastically reduced his calories the past few months
  13. But still. I think talent alone he is a 2nd running back
  14. What happened to him? What a drop off I never thought he was great by any means but I always thought he was a solid backup
  15. I somewhat bought that until was it Alshon Jeffrey who had and played with the same injury? But then proceeded to rip it In the playoffs/superbowl lol
  16. I forgot about Castillo still being here:(
  17. I for one would love Allen to start and beat out Mccaron for the opening job as that would be a great sign for the future. But if he doesn't, then let's hope Mccaron lights it up. Allen is the future, so if Mccaron plays well, then you have some serious trade value for 2019 as he has a very low base salary
  18. Rick Dennison being there was a major factor for their offence being bad in my opinion, and even though I think their offence won’t be good next year, I just don’t think they can be as atrocious as last year. (Even though they did lose some good o lineman)
  19. Over I think, but barely. I’m thinking 7 and 9
  20. I am sure they knew LA would be a potential landing spot for him, so they traded up and didn't want to risk it waiting
  21. No way I see him being better than Bell next year. Bell can literally do anything at a very high level
  22. What type of player is he? More of a run stuffer, or can he generate pass rush? Or both? lol
