  1. He seems like a really good guy, but I don't think he is that good of a player. I 100 percent agree he had a bad supporting cast around him, but he also looked slow and struggled to get separation for most of the year
  2. Really? Wouldn’t he be taking on more double teams/setting the edge more though?
  3. Suh is a 4-3 DT so it would be interesting to see how he does in a 3-4 scheme.
  4. If the Bills are in love with a QB and they are sold in him being a franchise guy, then nothing is too much in my opinion. While I would hate to lose next years first, I won’t be complaining in a few years if Rosen turns into Carson Wentz or Aaron Rodgers. If the bills love someone just go get him
  5. Can we discuss the o line without Tyrod being involved? Lol. The talking/arguing has finally stopped and it’s been beautiful. Just talking about the o line, I think the Bills need to address RT and especially a guard in the draft. I still think o line is a bit of a weakness for them and they need to improve at a few spots.
  6. If their 6th pick is an RB I could live with that. I still think the Bills are trading up though and they won’t have all their picks
  7. Hoping the bills don't draft an RB. In my opinion they got a lot more important needs/holes to fill. They can wait until next year and grab a guy in the 3rd/4th rounds. There will always be running backs available
  8. Ya my bad, I forgot about the discount. My calculation was off
  9. Here is the math for it. Bills 10th pick was worth 1300 points. Chiefs 27th pick was worth 680. Bills got the chiefs 22nd pick this year which was probably a reasonable guess without knowing where the chiefs would finish. So that pick is worth 780. 780 plus 680 was 1460 in total compared to 1300 for the 10th pick. There always seems like there is a bit of a premium, so I would say the trade was pretty fair
  10. Lol you beat me to it. Potential and Peterman should never be mentioned in the same sentence lol
  11. I personally don’t buy it
  12. They inquired about the number 1 pick with Cleveland. That is a very solid clue that they will be drafting a QB in my opinion Bridgewater is on a 1 year deal with less than 1 million guaranteed
  13. I don’t think the giants are going to draft Barkley. I still think they are going to draft a QB at 2 unless a team makes them a trade offer they can’t refuse
  14. I would be ok if they give up next years 2nd, but definitely not next years first
  15. I think Bills will have to give up more than that to get to two. I think it’s going to cost them both 1st this years and next years as well.
  16. 100 percent agreed
  17. Oh lol. Sorry about that
  18. Tom Brady is 1 in 100 billion It was an absolute fluke pick and the odds of another 6th round QB winning 5 Super Bowls is probably 1 in 100 billion
  19. Ouch, if Beane does that he should be fired right away
  20. It takes two teams to make a trade though. In my opinion it makes no sense for the Browns to pass on Darnold or Rosen at 1 and drop all the way to 12. They need a QB, and they should draft the best one available
  21. Little past my time so can’t comment on that part. I do remember them really cracking down on those calls after the Colts Pats playoff game in 2003 where the pats corners were basically tackling Wayne and Harrison lol
  22. Fair enough, like I said I’m unbiased and was just listing them. Brady kind of skews those results though haha
  23. Let’s go with this... When would you guys say the NFL turned into a passing league? I would say 2004 when I believe it was the year they really clamped down on the illegal contact penalty and you couldn’t touch the receiver after 5 yards. So since 2004,QBs to win 2004 Brady, 6th round 2005 Ben, 1st 2006, P Manning, 1st 2007, Eli, 1st 2008, Ben, 1st 2009, Brees, 2nd I believe? 2010, Rodgers, 1st 2011, Eli, 1st 2012, Flacco, 1st 2013, Wilson, 3rd 2014, Brady, 6th 2015, Manning, 1st 2016, Brady, 6th 2017, Foles/Wentz combo. I went into this with an unbiased approach as I was just listing the QBs as I was thinking. Without the rare exception in Brady, most QBs who win super bowls are drafted in the 1st round. I say rare exception in Brady because I don’t think there will ever be a 6th round QB to win multiple Super Bowls again
