  1. Jerry Hughes as well I would say
  2. Sorry little off topic for the thread as I know it’s supposed to be a caption, but does anyone know if Allen was mocking Ramsey there? I think that is Ramsey’s go to celebration but not 100 percent sure
  3. Exactly. They need to address WR and OL the first few rounds. A speedy/shifty running back in the 3rd/4th I would be on board with
  4. Nope I don't think Hackett is a good coach. I posted above my opinion on Hackett/the dysfunction. That would kind of tie into what I would say to your post. But no, nothing special at all.
  5. Oh I agree. I don't think Hackett is a good coach. I just think there are way bigger problems on that team and he was a scapegoat. For one: On offence they were down 2 lineman mostly the whole year, their top 2 tight ends, they got rid of their top 2 receivers in the off season, Fournette missing tons of time this year, and they have a QB who can barely complete a 3 yard pass. On that last series against Pitts, I also wonder how much of a factor Marrone played in that conservative play calling.
  6. He did for the most part, but he went to the "well" too many times. Like that 3rd and 1 in the 3rd quarter. The Bills basically blitzed 11 guys up the middle haha as everyone in the stadium knew they were giving it to Fournette up the middle. In saying that, he shouldn't have been fired. Marrone did it to take pressure off himself and buy some more time.
  7. Ya how the hell was that not an unsportsmanlike penalty lol. He literally took his helmet off and said "You're trash" multiple times to the Bills sideline
  8. I would say I am encouraged. Excited in a sense, but still cautiously optimistic
  9. If you want to say Lattimore, I would grant you that. I can't say I agree with the other ones. Rhodes is very good, but as of right now, I think Tre is playing at a higher level. Ramsey is very good but makes a lot of mistakes. The Colts absolutely chewed him up a couple weeks back. Bouye and Harris are both good but they aren't shut down corners IMO
  10. From what I have seen personally, he is top 2. Him and Patrick Peterson are the best right now IMO. The crazy thing is a lot of fans more specifically in the west coast probably have no idea who he is, or if they do, they have no clue how dominate he is
  11. Ahh I see. I honestly don’t remember that. Thanks for the insight.
  12. While right now I would rather Allen over Rosen, it’s still wayyyy to early to judge these young QBs. Everyone was saying Wentz over Goff for 2 years. Not so much anymore. This is not to bash Allen at all. I like him and Im happy he’s the Bills QB. Just saying it’s way too early to be comparing one another.
  13. It’s too bad cause it was actually a good, intense game. Walt decided he wanted to be the star of the show
  14. Fair points and I get what you’re saying. Logically I still think the rule is ridiculous though. Just my opinion.
  15. Or you could just add a simple rule to it as well. If it goes out of bounds in the end zone, the offence keeps the ball and it should result in a loss of down and the ball gets moved back to the 5 or 10 yard line. Either way, the rule they have now is just dumb and they need to change it in someway.
  16. It really doesn’t make sense though. If you fumble out on the half yard line, you get to keep the ball and have a fantastic chance to score a TD again. But if you fumble into the end zone, the other team gets possession and they get to start at the 20. How does that make sense lol
  17. Typical Walt Coleman game. Just completely kills the flow of the game
  18. 100 percent agree. Fantastic player
  19. So predictable. Run run. Play to win the game!!
  20. Defensive picks/Signings have been brilliant by Mcd and Beane for the most part. Offence hasn’t so much though. Main moves: Allen- Way too early Zay- Terrible first 20 games but looks much improved Dawkins- Looks pretty good Trading a 3rd for Benjamin- Awful Signing boldin- Awful Peterman and naming him opening day starter- Absolute disaster Trading for Coleman- Didn’t work Bodine: Meh Teller- Way too early to tell although I like his potential Foster and Mccloud- Basically non factors except for foster against the Jets Defense has been great, offence is obviously very bad this year with a lot of poor personnel decisions to show. Beane and Mcd still got a lot of work to do to try and evolve to a modern 2018/2019 nfl offence. Defence? Hard to argue that they don’t know what they are doing on that side of the ball as it’s impressive to watch.
  21. It really depends IMO. I don’t need to see them win 13-10 against lousy teams. But if Allen progresses and the offence looks promising, then that would be very encouraging going into next season
  22. Fair enough sir. The way I see it: If a QB, whether he is in his 1st, 3rd, or even 5th year can't handle adversity, and if he's not mentally tough to get over that adversity, then he isn't cut out for the NFL. I am not a believer in QBs getting ruined. Like would David Carr or Alex Smith be All Pros if they sat for a couple years behind Brett Favre? The guy either has what it takes and is mentally tough, or he isn't. Just the way I see it. All good though! Some people would agree with me, and some would agree with you.
  23. Fair points and thanks for your reply. I don’t see it the same as you personally though. I’m not saying there aren’t instances where sitting behind someone can’t be beneficial. But do you honestly think A Rod, Brees or Brady wouldn’t have as much success if they were thrown in their rookie year? I certainly don’t and I don’t think it has any factor at all. In my opinion
  24. I disagree. Mahomes is a very special case. He sat behind one of the biggest class acts in the NFL in Alex Smith who apparently taught him everything as they went on, and learned from Andy Reid and Matt Nagy. 2 brilliant offensive coaches and 1 very smart veteran QB. Allen does not have that luxury needless to say, nor do most rookie QBs when they come in the league. Getting the player reps and letting them read the defences and learning from the mistakes is by far the best way to learn IMO.
