I totally support using the next 3 games to watch players, victories are meaningless and certainly could do more long term harm to the future success. (see 2010 season, could have had first pick and drafted Cam, instead we went 4-4 in final 8 games, drafted Dareus) I know posted will disagree with me but there is no evidence that late season victories do anything for a team the following year. This team is void of talent and why not put yourself in the best position to get the talent you covet.

I struggle to understand how any meaningless late season victory helps a team......

I am certainly not a NFL coach but I am not sure what defense Houston was playing, if they have 8 in the box its almost impossible to run-maybe they needed to spread defense out...…..

looking at this list-no wonder the Bills have struggled 2016 (after Shaq is cut/traded) will go down as another bad draft year.

Not sure if anyone has seen any of the episodes on NFL network.... I love the listening to the analysis from the "experts", especially now since we know how things will play out. For instance Ron Jaworski said JP Losmen is a better prospect than Phillip Rivers also was mentioned (don't remember by who) Alex Smith translates to a better NFL QB than Aaron Rodgers. Merrill Hoge gave the Packers a low draft grade because they wasted a pick on Aaron Rodgers, said they did not need a QB since they have Favre there. I love this post draft analysis 10+ years later, puts it all in perspective.

I am not so sure about the reference to "the chosen one" but you would be foolish not to think Chad could be in the mix for the QB position. Safe bet the current QBs are not in the mix
