Not sure the point of this. She was an intern in 2016, and is now a reporter with ESPN. Why does that seem unusual to you? It's a fairly standard sort of career path, from what I know.

This week both Fox and CBS have a doubleheader. Looking at CBS's early game schedule, I'm guessing the GB CBS affiliate will carry the Bills. But the NFL maps should be available tomorrow. If on local TV, almost any decent bar should be able to get the game. Otherwise, I'd call the bar and ask if they have the NFL Sunday Ticket and plan to show the Bills/Steelers.

The Steelers only have 3 Captains this year. ONE on Offense, Defense and ST. While I don't really give a damn how many captains a team names, 8 seems like overkill to me.

Probably something like that. ESPN may also want their young reporters to not get too set on covering one team for years. I'd have to see what they do with the other team-dedicated reporters. From a young reporter's perspective, it is great experience.

Berman picked Bills/49ers for many years in a row. Was there a time before that when he picked Bills/TB? I don't recall that being a big thing.

Two stuck me relatively early: Year #1: the hurdle. Year #2: the dig, where he put himself into the pile, came out with the ball, and willed himself to a first down. That was the play that finally convinced me he was The Guy. I just wish people would refrain from putting music to replays.

I think the only way Josh "regresses" is if he (or significant members of the offense) get injured. Only if you care about Fantasy Football stats. HE won't regress, but his numbers might. As long as they are winning, I don't care at all.

EVERY playoff game is a BIG game. And EVERY one of Joe's rings were in the PAST. He was mostly done by then. Young was in his prime.

I'll help you out. KC, under Montana's leadership, was 2-2 in the playoffs,. ZERO SB appearances. SF, under Steve Young those two years: 4-1 Two SB appearances and one SB Victory. So, what's all this about playoff performance AT THAT STAGE OF THEIR CAREERS? If you add the year before, when Steve was starting, they were 6-2 in the playoffs with two SB appearances and one SB Win. That's a TERRIBLE playoff performance,. Edit: Corrected a bad stat

With respect to the Trench helmet: I guess I'm confused because I keep reading that everyone can only use ONE helmet for the year. What's this all about? While I think Josh is a better QB. But I think Stafford is a terrific QB who will make the Rams better.

I read it as he is predicting the emergence of Kumrow, based on the preseason and camp reports.
