The Bills averaged 24.9 pts per game last season. With Glenn healthy then replaced by Kujo . The OL was adequate The Lynn offense fit Taylor strengths. If the Bills had last seasons O and this year's D they could have a good season imo https://www.teamrankings.com/nfl/stat/points-per-game

8-18: McDermott's Pre-Practice Presser
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I do think Peterman is the #2 but not ready for regular season play. Keep all 3 QBs on the 53 . If Taylor goes down , I put Yates in during regular season. Don't ruin Peterson until he is given time to develop . -
8-18: McDermott's Pre-Practice Presser
ALF replied to 26CornerBlitz's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Taylor is not suited for timing throws behind a disaster OL . Peterman is better suited for WCO but putting him in this season will ruin his development. I would save Peterman for 2018 and let Yates be the backup for Taylor. -
Why Peterman might succeed in Dennison's Offense
ALF replied to CanadianFan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Rick Dennison and Juan Castillo are a disaster for Taylor and the OL. Timing plays might work for Peterman but the OL system does not fit the players imo bandit would know the OL a lot better for sure. -
Without Glenn or Kujo at LT this OL is a disaster. They will get Taylor injured before long. Put Miller in at RG , Mills at RT and Dawkins every snap at LT until Glenn is ok. Get Vlad the heck out of there. Let Taylor go back to what he does best, scramble not timing plays. I'm not impressed with Rick Dennison and Juan Castillo to say the least.

Bills GM Brandon Beane 'annoyed' by tanking talk
ALF replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Switching the OL to zone blocking and the passing game to timing plays is just the opposite of what the OL and Taylor were good at. So this square peg in a round hole O system would be a tank imo This season the D will be good , the O a disaster -
Sorry about that . I just hope he doesn't do something stupid in that already too expensive quagmire Afghanistan.

The system is rigged against a independent . I could not vote in either parties primary. I wanted to vote for Kasich who I consider independent and bipartisan. He has always worked with both parties.

Trump, national security team head for Camp David (CNN)President Donald Trump decamps to the Maryland woods Friday to discuss US strategy in Afghanistan as his aides seek to mitigate the self-made crisis over race that's left the President isolated but defiant. It's the first time top members of Trump's national security team will convene together with the President since he strode into the Trump Tower lobby on Tuesday to defend protesters who marched alongside neo-Nazis and white supremacists in Virginia last weekend. http://www.cnn.com/2017/08/18/politics/camp-david-meeting-donald-trump/index.html

'Art of the Deal' ghostwriter predicts Trump will resign "The circle is closing at blinding speed," Schwartz tweeted. "Trump is going to resign and declare victory before Mueller and congress leave him no choice." In a follow-up tweet, he added: "Trump's presidency is effectively over. Would be amazed if he survives till end of the year. More likely resigns by fall, if not sooner." http://www.cnn.com/2017/08/17/politics/art-of-the-deal-author-trump-resignation-prediction/index.html

Good Night / Bad Night - Pre Season Game 2
ALF replied to GunnerBill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The D is looking good The O is looking bad The ST is looking bad except the kicker and punter -
Juan must think Ducasse fits his zone blocking Dennison brought Yates to do his timing passes both systems don't fit here so far. The good news the Bills will draft high this year.
-
Taylor is toast without Glenn 100%. These timing passes are a disaster so far. That is more for a 2nd season to get that in sync.

He will get plenty of questions at the combine about his commitment to football and if he could keep his views under control.

Beane kept news of Sammy Watkins deal from Sean McDermott.
ALF replied to JM2009's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Undoubtedly, the two Bills decision makers have had plenty of discussions this summer surrounding the possibility of trading Watkins. So, sure, McDermott didn’t know the timing of when a deal would go down, but he certainly must of have known that it could happen at some point, and perhaps game planned accordingly. This is apparently what transpired between Buffalo Bills general manager Brandon Beane and head coach Sean McDermott in the team’s first preseason game. https://www.buffalorumblings.com/2017/8/16/16143096/brandon-beane-sammy-watkins-sean-mcdermott-trade-los-angeles-rams -
Bannon calls far right 'clowns,' says enemies are 'wetting themselves,' in rare interview Bannon said he called the writer, Robert Kuttner, because the strategist agreed with a recent article explaining how China would benefit from the nuclear threats between the U.S. and North Korea. Bannon detailed his push to punish China with tougher trade sanctions -- and talked of plans to oust opponents of the move. Bannon's interview also covered North Korea. Despite Trump's claims of "fire and fury" against the regime, Bannon said "There's no military solution [to North Korea's nuclear threats], forget it." "Until someone solves the part of the equation that shows me that ten million people in Seoul don't die in the first 30 minutes from conventional weapons, I don't know what you're talking about, there's no military solution here, they got us," Bannon said. http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2017/08/16/bannon-calls-far-right-clowns-says-enemies-are-wetting-themselves-in-rare-interview.html interesting interview
