I lived within walking distance to Lancaster High School. When the school let us out I gathered up all the kids in the hood and we walked holding hands to stay together and not leave anyone behind. We looked like a team of circus elephants in the snow.

Bowmansville Vol Fire Dept responding to calls / checking for stranded motorists / directing traffic. Slept on the hose bed of one of the trucks. We had about 500 people in our banquet room. Walked home after 3 days. Remember being able to touch the bottom edge of the green part of a signal light at the intersection of Harris Hill and Pleasant View on the way home. Later found a car completely buried in a drift just off the intersection. The snow blew and packed just like sand in a desert.

Have you watched any SF games at all this season? At times it seems like they are playing with 10 on the field. And that is when Randy is in there. He hardly gets any looks.

First, I will fess up. I am a cyclist and a cancer survivor. My wife is a cancer survivor as well. I looked at LA with very high regard as a human being and as an athlete. When he spoke at the opening ceremonies of the first Pelotonia (bike ride to raise funds for The James Cancer Center at Ohio State) you could have heard a pin drop on the grass ampitheater. Now, I look at him in the same level (or worse) as Bernie Madoff. They would be head to head as the biggest con artist ever. I will be interested as to what he says, or doesn't say, but my believing everything his says will not be there. I said when this all came out that the only person that he needed to listen to in order to tell the truth to was himself, and his kids.

Just a note about Neosporin. Dermatologist has told me every time that I have a biopsy to use Vaseline - not Neosporin. Because of the growing strength of germs and the resistance to anti-baterials.

In the early 80's I worked during the summer for the company my dad worked for. The company made machinery to cut / form sheet metal. One of the first observations I made was how a few guys would literally run across the street to the little bar. I asked my dad about that and he said that they shop guys only had 30 minutes for lunch and the bar owner would have the "drinks" pre-poured and sandwiches pre-made. It amazes me that the shop did not have more accidents / missing appendages considering that some of this equipment (mills, lathes, hobbers) was HUGE!!

If I am not mistaken, recently inducted into the Kennedy Center Honors. They did a tribute to him that featured his sons. A musicians musician.

And to think that I missed all that by playing video games with the kids (and losing badly), going through old family photos and laughing so hard my stomach hurt the next day, playing a marathon Euchre t'ment with the adults.

My sister-in-law is a certified herbologist and has suggested that I try safflower, and recently B6. They have helped a TON. Both come in capsule form. Diet and plenty of water as well as noted.
