It is very difficult to affect change at a major college program, especially one like Kansas that has a haphazard history, in that short period of time. Heck, his recruiting classes probably never got a chance to start.
Nothing ventured - nothing gained. Gill will take what he learned at Kansas and apply it to Liberty, then progress from there. If I am not mistaken, Liberty usually has a pretty strong team.

Good job on the treadmill work. Any thoughts on using a stationary bike? Less load impact. Have my road bike on a trainer and put 1 hour in every other day - soaking wet at the end. Hot yoga? Your sweat has sweat.
Aside from helping others in need was that even though I was out of work I accomplished something positive for the day / week. Your soul needs that after working 8 / 5 for years.
49ers last playoff appearance was in 2002 (beat Giants, lost to Bucs). Bengals had one good run with Palmer (lost to Pitt). I would hardly call that success.
Can't disagree with you one bit there. Snachez was on such a shaky limb that if the D had even knocked him around a little bit I think he would have crumbled. A true pressure LB is needed big time. Along with a true #1 WR.
Once a fan - always a fan. That's why Friday I will be cheering for the Sabres when they visit Columbus on Friday. There is plenty of positives in this team, but with a bunch of work still to do.
