  1. Is that 3 injuries this year? Does it make Luck injury prone?
  2. I think you are right. I rooted for the Seahawks all the way until they won the Super Bowl. Then I said that's quite enough Mr. "Repeat". I think the Packers are the only successful team I actually root for haha
  3. Congrats, you've got a 50/50 shot to be right, and if you aren't, next week you can come back and make the same prediction. Not bad odds you are playing.
  4. My problem is with the idea that Suh could've but didn't. He isn't the type, and after he spun him around I don't think he had the leverage. And beyond that why it would have been a roughing the passer call if Suh did take him down as he was trying to throw the football. So I guess I agree with you under the premise that he would've gotten penalized.
  5. Suh spun him around so it wasn't for lack of effort. He spun him around and Taylor still didn't go down. I don't see why it should be a dead play. http://mweb.cbssports.com/nfl/eye-on-football/25367291/ndamukong-suh-tells-refs-hell-slam-the-bleep-out-of-qb-after-blown-sack-call
  6. Who was really classless? Cam Newton goes up a page in my book! Peppers throws Newton's TD ball away http://es.pn/1Ho9pKu
  7. They are probably going to be preparing extra hard now! God damn it Rex!
  8. It's like a weird dream seeing it all over again. Yeah, they will see.
  9. Wait what? Incognito was released and missed a year of football and they even did an "investigation". Did he ever truly come back as clean? I think he is fine, but I think he still carries the bully stigma. Remember we weren't allowed to even call the team a "bully" earlier in the year? And then we send him out to midfield to "bully" the dolphins as a captain? God I hate Rex! So classless. See i can do it too!
  10. What about a bullying incident that sent a teammate to a hospital for emotional distress?
  11. Man, because of the IK thing, I followed a link down a rabbit hole to the jets forums. They have a serious love affair with Fitz.
  12. Jets were 20th in Penalties last year under Rex Buffalo was 5th. When is it time to put the blame on the players?
  13. So if the Jets perform better than the Bills Thursday then the extra motivation guided the Jets to a win? So when we named Incognito a captain last week, did it just not work for the Dolphins? Are they unable to "eat this stuff up"? Or does it only serve as an excuse if we lose?
  14. Haha. The media has had this story written for weeks which is why they were dying to ask him who the captains would be today. I take those comments as "I am supposed to say x controversial thing here for the media to harp on all week, so instead I will make a joke". Watching his press conferences confirms this.
  15. Sounds like you have a good shot, with Keenan Allen out Rivers is going to key in on someone, but I bet it is Gates and Stevie more than Floyd. Even with Floyd and no ppr, you have a solid chance.
  16. While this is fine, and I agree criticism shouldn't be silenced, the "let's wait to see if they it up crowd" isn't really constructive criticism. It's hating.
  17. http://bills.buffalonews.com/2015/11/08/jerry-hughes-redeems-himself-in-a-momentum-changing-way/ "Hughes hadn't even played on the left side since college at TCU six-plus years ago. But through the week, coaches wanted to slide Mario Williams over the guard. In response, Miami then slid center Mike Pouncey over to double Williams. And coach Rex Ryan knew that Hughes' combination of speed and explosion could give Fox fits." Hughes had a big day because Mario drew double team.
  18. Division games are different. Steelers have struggled with the Browns even with Bell and Roethlisberger. 2014: Browns 27 Steelers 30 Browns 31 Steelers 10
  19. It sounded as if Collinsworth wanted to say more about it as well. In the past I've heard him go off on those types of calls. I bet they've been told not to get stuck on the awful officiating when calling the game.
  20. And the undefeated Denver Broncos who shut down the Green Bay Packers (Rodgers had 77 yards passing) lost to the Colts. I guess they are bad too. Every game is it's own match-up and it's why we play the games, and don't write off games like Jacksonville, or the Titans, or anyone. I agree, let's turn this thing around on Thursday and get our wildcard back!
  21. Just coming back to say great advice! haha. I will probably still lose, but I'd feel like an idiot if I had dropped Watkins. Only down by 7, and need Rivers/Gould to outscore Alshon Jeffery, and Danny Woodhead by that amount. A tall order I know, I am just glad my team showed up today!
  22. Let me know if you find any. I am scraping the bottom of the barrel with Dexter McCluster. New England's 3rd RB Branden Bolden might be worth picking up if Lewis will be out for awhile. Blount might get all the carries, but Bolden had 12.9 points in PPR today. Starks had a great game today too, but might be gone already. Going to try to put in for those two in my league. How many RB's can the other teams pick up ahead of me before they throw a decent one back out
  23. God I hate this statistic . You do realize that the Titans would have been 3-5, Dolphins 5-3, and Colts 5-4 had we not beat them right?
