  1. I know Riot just answered on IR, which is funny, but accurate. BB might as well just list on the injury report, “The Team”. Merry Christmas guys.
  2. First, we should never try and hold back a Coordinator for an opportunity for the job he’s always wanted which is what every Coordinator wants to accomplish. The exceptions I can think of is Monte Kiffin might have taken a College Head Coaching job, but at his age, he was happy with a phenomenal defense in Tampa. The Glaziers at Gruden’s request made him the highest paid Coordinaotr in the league and they won the SB in 2002. Living here, it was the talk non-stop down here. He stayed a couple more years and when Gruden started taking the team down by trying to get every over the hill player, Kiffin went to Tenn. The other is obvious Josh McDaniels is just out waiting BB. For Daboll, I can see two teams perfect for him. He goes to Houston on the contingency he gets to take Gaine with him as the GM. They have a good relationship so a perfect match. He has Watson and there are still good players on that team. The other is he has a relationship with Telesco as they both went to St. Francis within a couple of years (as well as Dave Caldwell and Chris Polian). Lynn is all but gone. Telesco would love to have Daboll groom their young QB, in Herbert. He’d be crazy to go to the Jests, Falcons, or Detroit. They have too much work ahead of them. With having a QB in place, amd the Chargers have over $33.5 mil. In cap space next year. The Texans are -$13.9 mil. and a lack of draft picks, if offered both, he should take the Chargers. The Chargers have a lot of talent on that team. It’s one of the rare examples that’s true they are better than their record.
  3. I saw this at the gym yesterday morning. Thanks for the catch Hap. God, a nice Christmas present would’ve been to be invisible where Kevin Colbert, Mike Tomlin, and Mr. Rooney call him into the office. They one by one eviscerate him for despicable behavior that embarrasses the team, the Steelers fans, and opponents telling him it’s terrible and if he want to be traded, do it again. They should also in a perfect world make him take down those stupid videos and replace it with the demoralizing hit the Bengals placed on him. I probably shouldn’t be so snarky on Christmas, but that guys has created some long memories. Now in a perfect world we get the Steelers in the first round, and You know the rest. How funny would it be to have Allen pull a Paul Crew. Then in the second round, we get the Titans and like last year they overused Henry to get there and he has weak legs in our divisional game causing us winning by 30. Fa La La La La, La La La La. Now there’s a Happy New Year for ya. Merry Christmas Everyone!
  4. Cuse buddy, I’ll honor you’re request on the last request for tonight as it’s Xmas, but.... You may get coal in you’re stockings later tonight or tomorrow in you’re stockings as you opened up for it. Have a Merry Christmas Bud. Oh, and let the innocent jokes begin tomorrow. It’s what we do as Bills friends. I didn’t know I had a good friend until he was busting my chops. Then I knew in HS, College, or beyond, ok we’re good.
  5. No bud, I’m cool with that response not that you’re need my approval. My point was simply don’t be so quick to know on our coach as it can bit you in the petutie especially when he is now 11-3 this year and polled by some of the more respected GM’s as the best coach two years in a row. No big deal and thanks for Xmas wishes. I hope Santa’s good to you and the kiddos.
  6. Giuseppe, you really are questioning responses to a moronic thread you’re the one that started. Have you even looked at the records? Have you seen the Pellesaro poll by GM’s that named McD the coach of the year this year and btw, last year the best coaching job in the NFL, not to mention Beane the best GM. Thank god football people who know more than you feel absolutely opposite of you. If you don’t want contentious responses, think for a minute before you post. I really don’t care so have a Merry Xmas, and maybe you rethink making these kinds of posts before you hit send. If you said, maybe he should challenge differently, clock management differently, those are all very reasonable posts, although I thought he has never fine. But to have some of you’re guys above McD is kind of silly. The Xmas wishes are sincere and have a nice night and morning with you’re family. After this year, we all need it. Anyway, maybe in a couple of weeks you reconsider you’re position. Just a thought.
  7. And young interns who are interested in learning. What a tool.
  8. Rottenchester (I dated a bunch of Rochester girls when in college so no offense), that I one of the nicest posts, and thank you. I love guys who get the most out of helping others. That is commendable. We’ve done the same in my family for a very long time.
  9. For the injury report person, don’t forget Edmunds was playing trying to tackle with one arm. I don’t want to be that team though as the whining fro Steelers players and fans is ridiculous. We’re a better team. Period. If we win the next two, ams the Steelers lose, the Browns might get the North and we can destroy them. I was going to say JuJu, please dance again on our logo, but I understand this morning he had a schlacking by the team, and is trying to act humble now. I want Derrick Henry and the Titans to win this weekend against the Packs, so we have to beat the Fins for #2. Then Henry runs for 250 yards each game so he is so worn out and keeps driving against the Texans. In the first round he’d have to run a ton to get to us in the second round. Remember how weak he looked in the AFCC last year as he ran so much he wore down. That would be fun.
  10. Jim Harbaugh had an NI in kindergarten in playing well with others. He was an excellent coach in SF that turned the team around, but how would he deal with Beane or anyone else unless they reported to him. The rest, no thanks. We have our GM, HC tandem we should and believe sill keep for another decade. As of now, they sunder contract for 8-9 years. They will easily get another 5 year extension at that time, and the days of another staffing change every 2-3 years is over. These guys are young enough that we could be on the Steelers leadership plan. The Pegulas as one of the richest owners in the NFL can easily afford them, and my guess all parties realize they are best with letting the football team do their job, and they manage the business end. Guys, we’ve never had this before. Even during the Polian/Levy era, or even the L. Saban era, there was always issues with Ralph and those individuals. Ralph picked Littman over Polian (monster mistake). The $ guy screwed up the team.
  11. Glory, thanks for sharing this one. Hilarious and festive. Don’t you just love this team, how much fun they have together, and are willing to be silly for the holidays.
  12. Not that it’s that important, but agree with you on the facemask. I’m probably one of the few who don’t like the red jerseys. White on white, white on blue, blue on white are great for me. Just reminds me of growing up watching the bills.
  13. Quicksand. Hate to admit it as it is a silly movie, but I actually like it.
  14. I think the opposite as it will make Josh even better. People who are winners tend to rise to their level of competition. Chandler to you’re point, 10 years of SB wins or something like that is a dream, but having a seriously competitive team each year is feasible.
  15. I did vote for Poyer, but you’re right. I know the author isn’t suggesting, but if it had to be a flip, it would be Poyer for Edmunds because of the above comments. Edmunds has completely turned things around whereas Poyer has been a bright light all year.
  16. Yes, Go Packers, and Colts to lock up 2nd seed. This is actually a fun weekend for football.
  17. Look at the bright side, now they are assured probably one higher spot in the draft (glad we don’t have to rationalize our crappy seasons anymore).
  18. Which means if we beat the Chiefs in the AFCC, then we would have an even better shot at winning the SB. It’s most likely going to be New Orleans or GB.
  19. Exactly. Rest anyone who is really hurt and don’t force them to play through it, but resting healthy talent is not smart. McD should learn from that mistake last year.
  20. I’m going with a fan favorite in Mongo. The only thing that would’ve made it perfect, but he’s on IR, is Mongo runs over Gilmore totally laying him out. No it’s wabbit season. Duck season, Billy Buffalo season?
  21. It’s too bad for the guy, but unfortunately addictions can ruin a persons life. I just hope someday he figures it out with help. I just can’t see the NFL giving him another chance.
  22. You mean like this Ridge! Oh, and Ridge, I am you’re father! NOOOOOOOO!!!
